Part 16: Thank You

You gave me a life,
You made my heart dive,
Dive into a pool of happiness.
You kind of became my weakness.

Those video diaries,
The songs you wrote,
I copied and pasted them on my heart.

You made me realise what makes me beautiful,
You made me make some midnight memories.
You made me stay up all night,
You made me adore every flaw, every little thing on me.
You said that every little things adds up to me.
You said that no one could ever steal your girl,
Trust me, they never did.
You said you'll be with me even when the night changes,
You promised.
You broke the promise,
Shattered my heart.
Thank you.

I'll always remember how you like girls who like carrots.
I'll always remember 'chonce'.
I dare myself to never forget Kevin.
I don't think I'll ever forget our Irish Princess.
I'll always remember the 'vein'.
I promise to always remember the way you asked us to sing along.
I promise to never leave your kitchen.
Who knows?
You might leave me alone anytime.

You made me a clown
And I didn't even argue.
I can be everything for you
'cause you've always been my everything.
You made my hopes escalate,
Then in seconds, you made them desolate.
Your goofiness made me laugh,
Your hardwork, songs and videos
Often made my eyes watery,
Gave me an inspiration,
To never stop.
Thank you.

You taught me to treat people with kindness,
You taught me to laugh like no one else is there,
You taught me to care less and love more,
You taught me to never stop smiling,
You taught me to give things a rest.
You taught me a billion things,
That no school could ever have.
Thank you.

We made many ships,
We made twitter flood with our accounts,
We made many edits,
We also made a thousand predicts.
We never stopped being there.
We never stopped fighting.
We never ended.
We still won, together.
We just lost us.
But thank you.

I waited for you for days,
Days became months
And months faded into years.
After five years,
We expected again.
We expected too much.
Hopes were high,
Thought we were anigh,
To something.
We were.
A five minute video.
Everyone tweeted,
Framed their love into words.
No more hugs.

I waited all night,
Didn't sleep much tight.
I skipped some classes,
Expecting you to give yourselves some chances,
To be together.
To let us be ONE.
I did everything,
We all did.
You did too.
Made us happy yet disappointed,
Made us cry till we had no tears left.
Thank you.

I promise to be yours,
To support you and love you.
Thank you for everything.
Honestly, thank you is an understatement,
To the everything.
No one will ever steal your girl.
I promise.

I think this was one of longest poems I ever wrote. I can keep on writing this but everything needs to come to an end. Ironical. They didn't have to come to an end.

I dedicate this poem to the craziness and everything I did in my childhood and my teenage. I dedicate this to my boys. The ones who gave my sombre life a bit of laughter and joy. Thank you boys! Thank you for everything! I love y'all.
