Dominant mind,
Demanding heart.
“Forget”, my mind requests,
“How”, my heart questions.
My hand feels empty,
My lips feel lonely.
I soaked my pillow last night,
Needed a hug really tight.
Thought you were the one,
The winner of my heart,
Conquered by none.
Trust me, I really liked you..
My friends told me to never trust you.
I gave you a chance,
Just wanted to feel the romance..
I promised you my love
And my heart,
You broke both,
All at once!
Thought you liked me too,
But you proved me wrong.
Maybe you've moved on,
Maybe you don't miss me anymore..
Maybe you never liked me
But maybe I was in love..

Thank you so much MrsRomeroHenderson , one of my very first friends on wattpad and a person who's as weird as me, for suggesting this topic to write on!! It took me time to think about what to write on this topic because there are so many things to write about 'Love'. There are so many emotions that can be captured within one topic. I was really confused..but then thanks to one of my friends who had a break up yesterday and that just gave me the idea to write it  ;-P
