"han...han...hannie, wake up..."

"stick your finger in his ear. he'll wake up." my eyes shot open at minho's words. i kicked his seat as hard i could, making felix laugh from beside me.

"we're at ashton's, bro," felix told me as i sat up straighter. i glanced over at chan, who was on the other side of felix. "you fell asleep."

"ah, really?" i pulled my phone out and looked at the time. it was nearly 3 am. i looked at elisia. "is ashton's mom still up?"

"yeah, i just texted her. she's pretty sure ash is still up, too," elisia said, locking her phone. she turned the car off and opened her car door. "c'mon."

we all climbed out of the car and followed her up the sidewalk. elisia lightly knocked on the door. a minute later, ashton's mom opened the door.

"ah, hello," she smiled at us. she opened the door wider and we walked in. she gave elisia a quick hug then looked at us. "it's nice to see you boys again."

"ah, you too, mrs lee," chan bowed then his eyes widened. his cheeks turned a light shade of pink. "oh, sorry. it's a habit."

"no worries," ashton's mom smiled at him. "and please, call me terry. you don't have to be so formal, chan."

"right," chan let out a nervous laugh and i couldn't help but laugh at him.

ashton's mom looked at me and smiled. she stepped closer and wrapped her arms around me. "it's so good to see you, han."

"it's good to see you too," i said and she continued to smile. felix yawned from beside me, causing her to look at him.

"right," she mumbled and in that moment, she reminded me so much of ashton. "let's get you boys settled. there's plenty of time to talk later."

"do you guys want to get your suitcases now or wait until tomorrow? i'll be coming here after i get off work," elisia said.

"we can just get them now," chan said and elisia nodded. with that said, we went outside and all got our suitcases from elisia's trunk. well, except for minho since he was staying with lis.

"i should really be going. i have to get up early tomorrow," elisia said and ashton's mom nodded.

"be careful, lis. let me know when you get home."

"i will. we'll see you tomorrow," chan said and i looked at minho. felix leaned closer to him and whispered something in his ear. minho pulled back and smirked at him.

"what's up with the smirk?" elisia asked and minho just shrugged. she raised an eyebrow at him then looked over at felix, who laughed. "y'all are up to something and i don't like it."

"we're not up to something," minho laughed. "i'll tell you in the car, okay?" elisia looked at him, her lips pursed. "do you want me to tell you or not?"

elisia whacked his arm. "shut up, min," she said then looked at ashton's mom. "we'll see you tomorrow, okay?"

ashton's mom nodded. the boys and i said bye again then she and minho left. "okay, you boys can just leave your suitcases down here for now," ashton's mom said and we nodded. "i'll show you upstairs."

we followed her upstairs and she showed chan and felix the guest room. "it's not much," ashton's mom's voice was hushed as she opened the door.

"it's fine," felix told her as they walked in and sat their bags down.

"well, let me know if you guys need anything," she said and we all nodded. "goodnight." we told her goodnight then she went to her bedroom.

"what did you tell minho?" chan asked felix as he plopped down onto the bed and felix's lips curved into a smirk. chan blinked at him. "actually, never mind. don't tell me."

"good choice," felix said and chan rolled his eyes. they both looked at me. "well, goodnight hannie. we'll see you in the morning."

"technically, it's already morning," i replied and they both just looked at me, exasperated expressions on their faces. i couldn't help but laugh. "sorry. goodnight."

chan laid back on the bed and felix started closing the door. he popped his head in the crack. "goodnight," he said, taking his voice into a high octave. i shook my head at him and he shut the door.

i turned towards ashton's door and lightly knocked. i heard a small "hold up" from ashton and my heart started racing. ashton opened the door and her eyes widened when she saw me.

"ji?" she asked. "what are you doing here?" before i could even answer her, she threw her arms around me and buried herself into my chest.

"hi princess," i wrapped my arms around her and kissed the top of her head. i heard sniffling and pulled away. i gently grabbed her chin and made her look at me. "what's wrong?"

she shook her head and smiled. "it's nothing," she mumbled. "i've just really missed you."

"i've missed you too, princess," i said. i pressed a soft kiss onto her lips. "i'm here now."

"how long are you here for?" she asked.

"until friday," i told her and she smiled widely, making my heart flutter. "ah, there she is. my beautiful girl." her cheeks flushed and she shook her head at me.

"i look a mess," she muttered and i rolled my eyes. she was in an oversized t-shirt and her hair was in messy waves. but she was still effortlessly beautiful.

"shut up. you're beautiful," i said cupping her cheeks. "let's go to bed, yeah?"

she nodded cutely and pulled me into her room, closing the door behind me. i put my bag at the foot of her bed as she got under the covers, looking up at me.

"cold?" i asked her and she nodded. i took my shoes and jacket off then climbed into the bed beside her. i wrapped my arms around and pulled her closer to me.

she put her head on my chest and i ran my fingers through her hair. i kissed her temple and she looked up at me. i leaned closer and kissed her. she let out the softest whine, making me pull away.

i smirked at her as her cheeks flushed with embarrassment. "that was cute," i teased and she whacked me. she wrapped her arm around me and laid her head on my chest again. and we fell asleep just like that.
