elisia walked into her house, saying a quick hello to her mom before heading towards her bedroom. she opened the door to find ashton burritoed in a blanket with the tv on. elisia sat her purse down while watching the tv, immediately noticing the drama that she had on.

"holo love? again?" elisia said, making ashton look at her. elisia walked over and sat on the bed, sitting the taco bell bag in front of her. "i know you haven't eaten all day. mom said you only came out to brush your teeth."

"i'm just not hungry," ashton mumbled before moving her eyes back to the tv.

"well, you're gonna eat. if i have to force it down your throat, i will," elisia threatened and ashton frowned. she slowly unrolled herself from the blanket and sat up. "good girl."

the both of them ate quietly as they watched tv. ashton's phone lit up with a call when they were finished and both of them looked towards it. "who is it?" elisia asked as ashton grabbed it.

"it's my sister," ashton said. then she slid the answer button over and put it on speaker, feeling too lazy to hold the phone to her ear. "hey andy."

"hey weirdo. what are you up to?" andy asked.

"i'm at elisia's," ashton replied.

"awh, okay. well i'm glad you're okay," andy said. "you know, you worried me and mom. you didn't call or text either of us during your trip."

"i'm sorry," ashton frowned. "shit happened and i forgot to."

"oh no. what happened? do you want to talk about it?"

"jisung and i got into a fight," ashton mumbled. "he had gotten jealous that i had complimented chan and he just got so mad..."

"well, that's stupid. what did he say?"

"when i told him he was being a child, he said that i would know all about that. so i asked him what he meant and he said that i always got upset over the smallest things and was too emotional. and then he said i bottled it all in and that it was annoying."

"okay, no offense to you, but what the fuck is wrong with him? it doesn't matter that he was mad or jealous, you should never use someone's insecurities against them."

"yeah," ashton's voice was soft and she was trying her best to keep it together. elisia and andy could both tell she was, too. "i don't know what i'm going to do. i want to forgive him but i just don't know how. maybe it's better if we do end things. i mean, he's famous. it's obviously going to end at some point."

"ash, look," andy started. "i get that you have built this wall up around yourself because of how much our dad hurt us. you're afraid to get hurt again. and that's why you're trying to push jisung away. but you're young and you're gonna get hurt. it happens. but i've seen you guys together and you look so happy with him.

"you're right, it might not last forever. there were times when i felt just like you did. kevin and i would fight and i wanted to push him away, just call it quits so i wouldn't get hurt. and there were times when i felt like it really was the end for us. but i loved him too much and i wanted things to work out for us. so i never gave up.

"we're not perfect, and we don't try to be. we still fight sometimes and we have to work things out. but it's worth it. so don't give up on jisung just yet. and i know you probably think that you don't deserve to be happy, ash, but you do. please remember that."

ashton couldn't stop the tears that rolled down her cheeks. her sister always knew how to make her feel better, even when she was at her worst.

"i love you, andy," ashton sniffled.

"i love you too. now go work things out with your man. i'm gonna get ready to go to sleep though. i'll call you tomorrow, okay?"

ashton smiled a bit. "okay. talk to you later." she hung up with andy then went to snapchat. she opened the messages between her and jisung, reading each one carefully. then she typed out a new message.
