I call her she picks up on the first ring.

"Oh dear God Kendra I have been worried sick about you. How could you run out on me like that? Just what were you thinking scaring the crap out of me like that?"She rambles on till I start yelling at her through the phone.

"ALLISON HAYWORTH stop talking and listen breathe are you calm enough for me to talk to you now?"

"Yes," she takes deep breaths in and out.

"Allie I am so sorry I left like I did but Allie you know yourself I wasn't getting any better and where I am at right now my heart is healing. Allie, I am not crippled by the pain anymore I am so much better my appetite is back, just be patient I will be back to civilization soon ok "Chase comes out and yells "You ready for our wamping trip come on time to go?"

"Allie I gotta go "

"Who was that Kendra ?"

"Oh that was Chase my new  friends I made we are going wamping"I start laughing.

"Gotta go bye I love you see ya soon"I hang up the phone.I go tell Sam"I called her you should have a restful nap see you when we get back bye"I put my back pack on and follow Chase,Alex and Nevaeh  into the woods down a dirt trail.

As Soon as Allie gets off the phone with V she calls Dane.

 "Dane come get your phone your girlfriend is calling again for the umpteenth time today!"Rane yells for his brother Dane comes running into the house and grabs the phone"Hey Allie what's up I just hung up with you something wrong "

"Put me on speaker Dane I heard from V"he lays the phone on the coffee table and pushes the speaker button.

"Am I on speaker"

Rane speaks up "you heard from V, Allie where is she is she ok?"

"She didn't tell me where she was  all she said was she left here cause her heart wasn't healing but  it was on the mend now.She seemed more upbeat she was going wamping with some guy named Chase whatever wamping is, she was laughing she was Kendra again.She said her heart was finally healing .She said she would see me in a few weeks guys let pops know she is great and healthy please ok Dane take me off speaker."Dane picks up the phone Rane storms out of the house slamming the screendoor behind him.

"Ok Allie your off speaker. "

"What was that loud bang Dane?"

"That would be Rane upset storming out of the house"

"Why cause I said she was with Chase?Dane I know he is your brother but I am happy if Chase is helping heal her heart then good for her. Rane had his chance and he pushed her away so if he has lost her to someone else he only has himself to blame.Ok well Bae I gotta go mom is waiting in the car I will call you when I get back  from shopping I love you Dane bye"

"Love you more Allie"Dane hangs up the phone and goes out side to find Rane.

"Hey bro you ok?"

"What do you think I pushed her away for that blonde bobblehead as V called her only for blondie to find her true mate and she is moved on to Chase was that his name well I am glad she is feeling better I never meant to hurt her that bad Dane how was I to know I was the only person she ever told that she loved them to according to your girlfriend.If  I could just see her and explain."Rane confesses to Dane.

"Well Allie did say V would see her in a  few weeks we could go down there in a week  then you would  see her and explain then everything will be great right"Dane said looking at his brother with hope.

"You just want to go see Allie is only reason you are saying that Dane"

"Yep is it working come on brother you will get to see her and explain it all"

"Ok Dane I will think about it not making anymore promises remember "

"Oh thank you Rane, I love you bro"Dane Grabs Rane to hug him but decides quickly not to instead he shakes his hand. 

After walking down the trail for about an hour they reach their campsite tents were already set up wood for a campfire.Chase starts the campfire while Nevaeh gets the dinner stuff out and sets it all on her make shift table.

"Are we not on state park land Chase?"

"No we are on Cherokee land V"

"Hey I brought my phone let's get a pick of before then one of us after "

"That sounds great V let me get our dinner started first ok?"Nevaeh says as she hangs the pot over the fire.

We all gather in close and say Wolfie and I snap the picture. I show them all it was a great pic.We take a walk down to the creek after dinner Alex grabs some water in his hand and throws it on me and it was cold. We all started splashing each other I fell on my bottom in the water the rocks were slippery. We head back to the campsite I get changed. We eat dinner outside under the stars . We eat smores for dessert and after dinner Alex starts pleading with Chase "Please daddy tell  V yours and mommies story  I wanna hear it again dad pleaseeee?"

"Yeah I want to hear it"

"Ok whose version you want to hear?"

"Yours daddy"Alex speaks up quickly I just shrug my shoulders.We all gather around the camp fire Alex sits on my lap. 

I wrap my arms around him and Nevaeh sits in between Chases legs and leaned back on his chest as he wraps his arms around her.

"You ready "Chase asks Alex and we shake our heads yes.

"Many years ago when I was ten the great wolf spirits gave me a great gift I could become a beautiful creature if I chose I wanted it.He told me I would be able to run faster and I would be smarter than a human. He asked me which animal I choose I told him a wolf and he made me a wolf I ran through the woods faster than the deer I could smell them from far away.It was wonderful well as I grew up I fell in love with this girl named Abby. Your mom was  just getting her wolf spirit and I was way older than she was. What we didn't know the wolf spirits would give us our perfect mate. And we would know that special person cause we could hear there thoughts. So your mom was hearing me tell Abby I love her and it hurt your moms wolf because she wanted me. So a year later I broke up with Abby and your momma caught my eye I feel head over heels in love with her. But mommy had her own boyfriend so I waited til mommy broke up with nasty old Tobias and I asked your mom out and on our first date I told her she was the love of my life and she just had to marry me and I wouldn't take no for an answer. 

So she said yes but somewhere in between we learned to have patience she had waited for me and I had waited for her and when the time was right we were married but we didn't know the great spirit would keep giving us more gifts since we chose the wolf we chose a majestic animal but our other gifts were you Alex and your baby sister those were the best gifts ever given to anyone."I look down, and Alex is out of it Chase grabs him and puts him in his tent.

"Was that really yours and Chases love story ?"

"Yeah minus a few things like how when I heard him telling Abby he loved her I broke my fist cause I punched a wall I learned running in my wolf form healed my heart and of course he had to hear me with Tobias so it was fair we were even."She laughs.
