dear ashley,

first off, happy late birthday! twenty, yeah? that's a year closer to being able to drink if you ever go to the states haha.

i was really suprised when i saw your letter in my mailbox, since usually it's nothing but flyers and bills. that's not to say it wasn't a nice surprise though, as you've been on my mind a lot recently.

it's funny, isn't it? how we've never met eachother and yet we're destined to be together. it's also kind of scary if i'm honest. like the print on my arm has been there forever but ever since i've been old enough to know the importance of it, i haven't actually sent anything.

and yeah, i'm currently in university. not physical though, mostly online. my job keeps me really busy so studies come second to that right now. what classes are you taking? i'm doing a broadcasting and entertainment major, set to graduate the year after next hopefully.

please, take care yourself too. i don't know you yet but you mean a lot to me,
