"Bill, no!" The woman, Rebecca pleaded, trying to push a man off of her.

"Just enjoy this, baby girl." The man, Bill Carver soothed, unzipping his pants and mounting the helpless girl.

"Please! Anyone!"

"No one is here to help you, sweets. Troy doesn't give two flying shits about you. I'm the only one who loves you!" Carver yelled, yanking Rebecca by the hair forcefully as he started to undress her.

"Help!"

Carver pulled his pants down, sliding himself into Rebecca as she cried.

.  .  .

"Please let it be okay... And let it be his..." Rebecca sighed, staring at her reflection in the mirror, tracing her own features with her eyes.

"Rebecca! Look!" A man, Alvin, came into the bathroom, holding up a pink dress.

"For the last time, Alvin. It's going to be a boy. I can feel it." Rebecca said in a content sigh, rubbing her belly.

"I can bet you ten bucks it'll be a girl. I really want a princess to spoil and pamper."

"He's going to be spoiler either way."

"She certainly will be."

Rebecca and Alvin laughing, hugging each other.

"Do you give me your word?" A voice asked outside of the bathroom door.

"I do..."

"Then that's good enough for me."

Rebecca recognised the voice as Pete, and... Someone unfamiliar.

Rebecca and Alvin left the bathroom, staring at the older man, younger boy and older lady.

"Who are these people?" Rebecca said with a hint of sass in her voice.

"This is Arvo and Bonnie. They needed a home, so I figured we let them stay a while." Pete said, giving his full trust to the two.

"I don't trust them." Rebecca said, glaring at the two.

"Please... We're just hungry, and we... We can leave. Just spare some food... Please?" Bonnie pleaded, staring at the younger woman.

"Hm. Fine. Only food." Rebecca said, catching Alvin glaring in the corner of her eye.

"Thank you! Means lot. Really." Arvo said, earning a distasteful look from Rebecca.

.  .  .

"I knew it! I knew it was danger!" Rebecca yelled in horror as Carver made his way into the home with Troy, Arvo, Bonnie, and a few other men.

Carver and his men tied everyone up. While no one was watching, a man who could only be described as Jesus himself, stood outside the window, pleading for Pete to hurry his way.

Pete complied, somehow going unseen as he went outside.

"I'm Chet. I missed my mama's hot dish night and needed something to eat, so I came here and found you."

"We can't leave them." Pete said, motioning towards the small group.

"Your memory will be erased, and you will be given an angel named Chuck. My buddy will escort you." Chet replied, causally presenting a man with a brown beard.

"The names Paul Monroe. My friends call me Jesus. Let's go good sir."

"But-"

"Hot dish night heaven." Chet said, pointing a finger at Pete. Pete closed his eyes and fell asleep, being carried away by Jesus.

Chet floated away into the sky, seeing his job as done.

Back inside, Carver had killed Alvin. A gunshot to the head. This infuriated Rebecca, but being pregnant, couldn't do anything about it.

All of a sudden, the police showed up, and Carver and his men were arrested.

.  .  .

"The baby is almost here! Push." A doctor told Rebecca, helping her deliver her baby.

"Can't you see I'm tryin?!" Rebecca asked in a strained yell, breathing heavily.

"Almost there...."

Soon, the baby was born. All was silent. The nurses tried to tend to Rebecca and the baby. They tried their hardest to get him to breathe, until...

Cries.

Cries erupted in the room, echoing through the enclosed space, bouncing off the walls being like music to the doctors and nurses ears.

Rebecca breathed heavily, reaching for her baby.

"Here you go, miss." A nurse handed Rebecca her baby. The first thing she did was check what it was.

"A boy... Heh.. I win, Alvin." Rebecca said quietly, a single tear falling down her face.

Rebecca coughed, cuddling her crying baby.

"I... Love... You..." Rebecca closed her eyes, going limp. The nurses and doctors took the baby and tried to get Rebecca to breathe, but it was no use. She was gone.

After checkups and all were done, the baby was put into foster care, and soon, was put into a foster family.

-

"What's his name?" A man, Lee Everett, asked.

"His mama died before she could name him. She was married to a man named Alvin."

"Alvin Junior. After his papa." A man, Kenny, said softly, holding the newborn.

"Alvin Junior. He's going to be a tough little guy, huh? Anyway, here are the foster papers. If you're looking for adopting him, be sure to call us."

"Will do. Thank you, ma'am. My little guy is precious." Lee stood up, taking the baby from Kenny.

"Oh... And miss?"

"Yes?"

"When is the funeral? I'd like Alvie to see his mama one last time before she's gone... He deserves to say goodbye. To his papa too..." Kenny said, glancing behind him.

"We'll Email you."

"Thanks... Come on Lee... Come on little guy."
