Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's: Kung Fu Leo

Battle for the Scroll

Netherton: You? (rhetorically as he drops Goodwin) Him? He's a copy tiger. (looking at Leo) You're a copy version of that tiger girl I fought. What are you going to do, big guy? (chuckling) Attack me with the same moves as her?

Leo: Don't tempt me. (laughing he pulls the scroll out) Now, I'm gonna use this. You want it? Come get it.

Netherton then appears and punches Leo in the face, making him fly back and drop the scroll.

Netherton: Finally!

Leo flies back before regaining his composure and reaching for a pillar. Using this to his advantage, Leo swings around the pillar and uses the momentum to speed up. He then flies forward and punches Netherton away from the scroll and makes him smash through a pillar. Leo couldn't help but wince.

Leo: That had to hurt.

His eyes harden as he sees Netherton running towards him. Leo's courage skyrockets and he charges straight for Netherton, and when they are finally close they draw back their punches and meet each other. Each start to trade blows until they punch each other in the face in the direction of the entrance. The force of it makes the both of them fly over the steps that led up to the temple. Leo quickly catches the dropped scroll and looked to see Netherton grabbing him. All he can do is give a smug challenging smirk. This angers Netherton as he knees Leo in the gut, making Leo shoot away. Leo lands onto a roof, jumps off, and then lands on a tree whilst bending it to the ground. Netherton jumps after, but Leo smirks as he lets go of the tree and allows it to smack Netherton away. This does not stop him however as he quickly runs to Leo and kicks him over the steps.

Netherton: (before jumping after Leo) That scroll is mine!

Leo: Then come and take it!

He grabs the scroll but Leo would not let go. As this is happening, they keep bounding on the steps with Netherton on the bottom every time. They then both slam through a building roof, causing Leo to let go of the scroll. He lands next to a pot of noodles and Netherton lands on a roof. He looks and sees the scroll near Netherton and then he sees the noodles next to him, giving him an idea. As Netherton nears the scroll, Leo uses the noodles as a whip to pull the scroll away from the dragon.

Unfortunately he could do nothing as the scroll bounces off of his face and flies away.

Netherton jumps after it but Leo quickly catches his legs, forcing him to the ground and landing on a cart. Leo stands on its handles so when Netherton lands, it forces Leo into the air. The tiger couldn't help but grin at this; it is a lot of fun to him. He then notices that he has noodles on him so he slurps them all up. The scroll lands inside a lantern and Leo in a small bamboo garden. Some rustling is heard and Leo comes out on some bamboo stilts. He tries to keep his balance but he can't and he knocks over some frying pans.

The scroll falls from the lantern and rolls away, to where Netherton lands. He is about to take the scroll until a pan slams into his face, creating an indent. Smirking, Leo hit all the pans and they all land upside down with the scroll under one of them. Netherton removes the pan from his head and watches as Leo starts to move the pans about, with incredible speed.

Leo: Lightning!

Angered, Netherton kicks all the pans away and reaches for the scroll, but Leo stops him with his stilts by using them as bo-staffs. He keeps stopping Netherton with them and he has enough. The dragon separates the stilts as Leo stands on one of them and grabs the scroll whilst laughing. However, Leo lands on top of him by kicking him to the ground. The scroll starts to roll away and Netherton flings Leo off of him. Looking at where he landed, Leo sees fireworks surrounding him. As Netherton nears the scroll he hears a sound. Turning, whilst running, he sees Leo in a cart full of lit fireworks speeding towards him. His eyes widen before he gets pushed out of the way when Leo barged into him. Leo grabs the scroll and smiles until the bottom of the cart slams into a rock and sends Leo flying into a wall, but he catches himself as he lands on the wall feet first but the scroll slips out of his reach. The scroll goes up and lands inside a stone dragon's mouth. He turns and sees Netherton running towards him. He turns back and takes a deep breath before jumping to a ledge. Netherton watches as Leo jumps on the wall and gets closer to the scroll.

Netherton: The scroll has given him power! NO!

Netherton jumps and kicks the wall with all of his strength. This causes the entire building to start to fall. The force of the kick also manages to make the dragonhead smash up and make the scroll fly away. Leo quickly climbs and starts to run. But the tiles are falling so he is actually running on the spot.

Thankfully it is at that moment that Netherton nears him because the tiles start shooting at the dragons face, in a comical way. Leo manages to climb up again. So he jumps, grabs another tile, jumps off of that, and catches the scroll. He turns, however, and sees Netherton jumping into the air and spinning around. He quickly nears and drop-kicks Leo in the head, making him crash into the ground.

Because of his anger, Netherton shoots towards Leo's form and causes a shock wave when he hits the tiger. Once the dust cloud leaves, Netherton stands over Leo's pained body.

Netherton: Finally. (picking up the scroll) Oh yes. The power of the Dragon Scroll is mine!

He opens the scroll and suddenly his excited look turns to one of confusion as he could only see a gold page.

Netherton: What? It's nothing!

This makes Netherton even angrier as he drops the scroll and walks over to Leo, who is trying to stand. Once there, he grabs the tiger by the throat and growls.

Netherton: Where is the real Dragon scroll?!

Leo: (clutching Netherton's hand, trying to pry it off) That...is it.

Growling in anger, Netherton raises his hand and extends his claws. Just as he is about to kill Leo.

???: No!

Someone comes from behind and kicks Netherton away, dropping Leo to the ground. Turning around to his assailant, Netherton chuckles when he sees it is Luna.
