Chapter 1: Meeting Him

"Margaux, are you already done? " As I heard the familiar voice. I quickly finished my light make up and openend my door

"Yes Dad. Umm can I ask you something?" I looked at him with hopeful eyes as my dad raised an eyebrow waiting for my question

"I won't be eating here since I promised my friends that We're going to have breakfast together. Is that okay? " I said after picking up my sling bag.

A smile appeared on my dad's face which helped be calm down a bit

"Of course anak. May pera ka ba?" While taking out his wallet.

"No need Dad. I can manage" I smiled at him. I kissed his cheek and was about to leave when he told me something

"Oh Margaux, by the way I won't be here for the next 2 weeks. May pupuntahan kami ng kuya mo sa America hindi ko na nasabi sayo since late na ako dumating dito kagabi. Its kind of urgent. I hope you can understand." He looked at me with an apologetic smile.

" It's okay. Ingat po kayo doon ni kuya. Nasabi na din niya sa akin kagabi.Atsaka dad, para makabawi ka din Daddy,Can my friends stay here this weekend?"

"Of course. basta you know the rules."

I smiled at my father as I nodded at him.

I just wore a simple white croptop with black ripped jeans. Simple lang sinusuot ko since sa school lang naman ako pupunta

Nagpaalam na den ako kay Dad at nagpahatid na den ako sa driver namen sa isang restaurant kung saan kami magkikita ng mga kaibigan ko. I walked inside the restaurant and I saw my friends laughing. I went near them and sat on the seat beside Vanessa.

The restaurant had a retro vibe neon signs were places around it at may iba din na mga estudyante. Familiar lahat sila saken which means mga schoolmates namin sila. Malapit kasi itong restaurant sa school. That's the reason kung bakit kami kumakain dito kapag sabay sabay kaming nagbrebreakfast.

"Good morning Vi!"Vanessa said as she kissed my cheek

"Good morning! Bat kayo nagtatawanan?"

Vanessa was about to answer when Nicole started talking

" Kasi naman etong si Natasha may nakitang gwapo at nung triny niyang kausapin sinungitan lang kaya ayan nakasimangot first day na first day. Hay! Bahala ka diyan!" Sabat ni Nicole sabay tawa naman ni Anne

Maganda si Natasha kay marami siyang naging boyfriend ever since freshman pa kami.

Si Nicole naman ang parang nanay ng grupo. She's the smartest among all of us. She 's the one getting mad at us whenever we did something stupid.

On the other hand, si Anne ang pinakamabait na taong nakilala ko and she's kind of the baby of our group

Si Vanessa ang sporty sa amin. She's the captain of our Volleyball team.

I started eating the pancakes they have ordered. Masaya kaming nagkwentuhan at nagtawanan

Ngayong umaga madalas si Natasha ang napagtawanan kasi kanina pa siya nakasimangot at may binubulong bulong sa sarili pero minsan, pag kinakausap mo siya, sigaw naman ang sagot niya.
