I wake up next to Betty and smile, playing with her hair. She opens her eyes and a smile spread across her face. She crawls onto my lap and kisses me. I pull her closer to me, pressing her skin against mine. She moans into my lips and I chuckle, kissing her harder. You can imagine what happened next.
Afterwards, we eat breakfast and I went back to my apartment while she went to work. The morning passes slowly since everyone I know is at work. I hop into my car and head to Riverdale high. I haven't been there since I went to school there. I park in the parking lot and walk around the school and into the staff parking lot, where Veronica said all of the teachers meet up and see Betty talking to some guy. I know he looks familiar, but I can't put my finger on it.
She smiles and he rests his lips on hers for a moment before pulling away. Her eyes move from him to me. She says something to him and runs over to me. I turn around, walking away and back to my car. Betty reaches me and grabs my arm, spinning me around.
"Juggie, you're here." She says with a smile.
    "Yeah, but I'm leaving now."
    "Juggie, what's wrong?"
"You were kissing that...that guy. What do you mean what's wrong?"
"You don't remember Kevin Keller? He's gay." She says with an amused look on her face.
"Why did he kiss you then?"
"He was congratulations on the engagement. That's just how we are."
I sigh, staring into her eyes.
"Aww, baby." She said, cupping my cheek in her palm. "You don't have to worry about me."
"Baby, I like that." She smiles and kisses me, wrapping her arms around my neck.
I tangle my fingers in her hair, feeling the need to remove any sign that Kevin's lips were on hers. I move my lips down her neck and she moans softly before pulling away from me.
"Juggie, I'm at work, I can't be seen making out in the parking lot."
    "Then take a lunch break."
"You seriously overestimate the span of a lunch break. Plus, we already did it this morning. You can wait."
She smirks before walking back over to Kevin and rejoining the conversation. I sigh, walking into the school and to the counsellor's office where Toni and Cheryl work together. I sit down on the couch and they stare at me while eating their lunch.
    "What's up, Jones?" Toni asks.
"Nothing, just bored. All of my friends work here and I don't even have a job."
    "Then work here."
    "It's not that easy."
"Yes, It is. Ethel Muggs is in charge of hiring people and Evelyn Evernever is the principal. They are awesome! How do you think Andrews got a job here?"
When I get home that night I throw my things into my room and speed over to Betty's apartment. I walk in and smell hamburger meat before I walk into the kitchen where she's making hamburger helper. She smiles, giving me a kiss.
"Do you want any? Is almost done."
"Sure, but I have good news."
     She turns to face me.
"I got a job at Riverdale high."
"Juggie, that's great! What is it?"
"I teach the other language arts class and the social studies class."
    "AP?"
    "Yeah."
"Awesome." She hands me a plate of hamburger helper.
    "So, how was work?"
