4 months later

I flinch at Betty's screaming from down the hall, Cheryl runs past me to help her. A doctor passes me an ice pack for my head before walking away.
"Why would you look." Veronica laughs.
    "I didn't mean to."
"Betty is asking if you're okay." Cheryl says.
"Tell her I'm fine and not to worry about me."
    She giggles. "You fainted."
I roll my eyes and dad bursts in with Polly, Jellybean, Charles, Hal and Hal's grandkids. I hear Bettys screams replaced with a baby's and my heart jumps into my throat. I run into the room and they are cleaning up a small baby with a bit of black hair on top of her head. Once she is cleaned up they pass her to Betty. I sit on the edge of the hospital bed and Betty passes the baby girl to me.
"I love you so much." I say to the baby and her coos at me.
I look over at Betty and she smiles, almost immediately falling asleep.
"She's a trooper. Even when she was giving birth she was asking about you." Cheryl says, resting her head on mine.
Once Betty wakes up I kiss her. She smiles, accepting a bottle of water I pass to her.
"Are you ready to see everybody? I wouldn't let anyone see her until you were up."
"Where is she? We should name her. Where's my baby?" I feel her panic radiating off of her.
"She's over there." I say, pointing over at the small crib. "I'll go get her."
I lift the small baby into my arms and she squirm's before settling on Betty's chest.
    "What about Rebecca?" I say.
    "Rebecca...I love it."
    I smile, kissing her.

3 years later

I groan into Ethel's lips, pushing her up against the wall. I pull back. This isn't right. I miss Betty. I need Betty.
"I'm sorry, Ethel, I just can't do this."
"Come on, you and Betty haven't been together in forever."
    "We're on a break."
    "She's seeing another man."
    "She has my child."
"Fine, go and get your heart broken."
I run across the hall, Evelyn and Archie watch as I bang on Betty's door. She opens it, holding the baby in her arms.
"Betty, please take me back. I love you. I miss you. I need you."
"Jug, I'm getting married. I need those divorce papers."
"Betts, I love you. I know you love me too. You're my wife. I want us to work, not just for myself, but for Becca."
"Don't pull that with me, don't use our daughter to-"
"Okay, fine. I'm selfish. I want you. I want us to be a family again. I don't want a divorce. Please. Please Betts."
    "Go home, Jug."
"Then can I at least see her. I need my baby."
She sighs. "Of course you can."
"Are you sure we can't be together."
    She sighs again.
"I'm here for Becky." Cheryl says, reaching out for the baby.
Cheryl walks away and I press my lips against Bettys. She cups my face and I lift her onto my waist. I kick the door closed and throw her on the couch. I lay on top of her and she moans, pulling me closer with her legs.
"What about your fiancé?" I breathe.
"I'll worry about that later. We have to be quick, he'll be home soon."
I nod, feel the heat from in between her legs as I push inside of her. She hums. That hum. Fuck that hum. She brings her lips to mine. I smile into her lips.
"Does he make you feel like this?"
"I never." She moans. "We've never had sex."
I smirk. "So you've only ever slept with me."
    She nods, rolling her hips.
"Ah, fuck Betts. Is this really what you want?"
"What do you mean?" She breathes.
    "Me."
She opens her eyes and looks up at me sympathetically. She pulls my lips back down to hers. Once we finish we sit on the couch in silence.
    "I can't leave him, Juggie."
"But you can cheat on him?"
    "Jughead, I love him."
    "What about me?"
We're interrupted by a man walking into the room. Chuck Clayton.
    "Hey baby, who's this."
"I'm the guy who just screwed your girlfriend. Jughead Jones, current husband."
I see fear flicker across Betty's face. I pull my eyebrows together.
    "Get out of my apartment."
    "Why?"
"Get, the fuck, out of my house. Now." I turn to Betty who nods.
I leave the apartment and head back over to Archies.
"So, how was seeing Betty for the first time in months?" Evelyn asks.
    "I slept with her."
    Archie looks up at me.
"But I think I fucked up. I told Chuck."
"Shit." Archie stood up, running to Betty's door and throwing his body at the door.
    "Archie what's wrong?"
I hear Betty scream through the door. I push Archie to the side and use my key to open the door. I run to Betty's side and Betty pushes Chuck away from her. I pull her head close to my chest. She's shaking like a leaf.
    "I'm sorry." I whisper.
She sobs into my chest and Archie pulls Chuck out of the apartment.
    "Juggie, don't leave. I'm scared."
"I'll never leave you. Never again."
    "I'm sorry."
"Don't be. Why don't we get up and go to bed, okay?"
    "Yea, okay."
Guilt gnaws at my chest as I guide her to the bedroom.
"I'm so sorry Betts. I'm so sorry. I'm sorry."
"It's not your fault." I lay next to her on the bed and she cuddles into my chest. "I haven't stopped thinking about you. Not since we split."
I wipe a tear that falls from her eye. "I haven't stopped thinking about you. You and Becca. I was miserable without you. You're my soulmate and we have a baby. The most beautiful baby girl in the world. I hate when we fight. I hate when we break up. I love you and I think we can talk through everything."
"Me too. I want our marriage to work out. I don't want to be on again off again."
"Me neither.  I love you so much."
"I love you too." She kisses me.
"So, do you wanna try again?"
"Yes, very much so." She smiles, crawling into my lap and kissing me.
She straddles me, rolling her hips against mine. I feel my pants tighten and I kiss her harder.
