The past week, Jayden and Max kept ignoring each other. The redhead didn't like the fact that her friend read her diary. Jay was just ignoring her as she didn't like the way Max acted, it was so childish and she started offending her just because of reading about her crush. Nate was trying to calm the heated bloods but both girls were too stubborn. But one day, Max decided to make the first step, to talk. She really offended her friend, but she did it because she was scared. But Max knew that Jay was a loyal friend so she walked to the balcony, where she was standing, looking around.
"Hey."
Jayden just rolled her eyes and looked away.
"Look, I'm sorry, I acted like an asshole."
"More than an asshole." - Jay grumbled.
"I know, I'm so sorry that I called you like that. I was just scared. But I believe in you, so I think to forget about what happened and go back to normal again?!" - Max suggested shyly.
"...Fine, but if you do it again, you're dead." - the blond girl responded with a serious tone.
"Okay okay, I swear I won't."
"Cool." - Jay nodded. - "And if you're still not ready to talk about this boy, it's okay, I won't insist."
Max nodded with a pout and looked down. Suddenly her phone buzzed. A text message on Instagram from Jane:jhopper11

seen"Well, I'm heading out." - Max stood up from the plastic chair.
"Where are you going?"
"I'm... having a walk around the town. I'm kinda bored."
"Okay."
"I'll see you later." - Max smiled, got inside the dorm and put her coat and boots on, going out.Max arrived to the Central Park, Jane already there, waiting. She was on her phone with her usual face. The redhead blushed and walked towards her awkwardly, rubbing her hands nervously.
"Hey." - Max greeted the brunette and she raised her head.
"Hi, Max." - Jane smiled softly and put her phone back on her coat's pocket. - "Ready to have some fun?"
"Yup."
"Great."The two girls walked to Times Square, inside a big center. They took the elevator and went to the fourth floor, the ice skating place. As they reached, Jane paid for both of them and took the white skates. They sat on a stool, took off their shoes and coats and put on the skates. Jane stood up while Max was looking kinda scared, looking at her skates. The brunette noticed it and offered her a hand. Max took it shyly, feeling her own hand getting warmed from Jane's one, the weird feeling appearing. She stood up and together made the way to the ice skate. Jane felt her hand getting squeezed and giggled.
"Hey, it's okay, I won't let you fall." - she reassured softly and Max nodded. Jane offered Max's the other hand and the redhead caught it and looked down at her legs. - "Imagine like you're on a skateboard. It's not that difficult."
"Okay." - Max nodded and started moving her left leg, her other leg moving automatically.
"Move your right leg, too, slowly."
Max did as she was told to. Jane was being pushed behind, but she didn't mind, she was enjoying it. Max's leg slipped accidentally, but she didn't fall as Jane moved her arm fast, wrapping it around the redhead's waist, bringing her close to herself to keep the balance. Max's hands ended up on the brunette's arms. The weird feeling made her getting heated, her cheeks light pink. She could feel the bartender's breath and her sweet perfume. Max got back to reality and cleared her throat, removing her hands.
"You okay?"
"Uhh yeah, I'm-I'm fine, thanks. And sorry." - Max said nervously.
"Don't apologize. It's your first time. Let's try it again."
Max tried it again and again, with success this time. Jane helped her a lot, until Max started skating by herself.
Then the time was over and the two girls got out from the skatepark, going outside the center. They made the road together, till somewhere, where they had to go to different directions.
"I had a very good day today. Thanks to you, I learned how to ice skate."
Jane chuckled.
"Yeah, and I had fun too. I hope you'll come to visit me in my club." - the brunette winked.
Max felt her cheeks burning.
"Y-yeah, I'll check my schedule and I'll see."
"Good. Well, bye."
"Bye." - Max waved back, nervously, without moving her eyes from Jane.
