I've changed up Cyrille's backstory, and it might be a little confusing, but here it is:
She's the daughter of Cirdane Lorious, an elf, and Dathiol, a Dwarf and an elf. Dathiol is the son of Fror, who is the brother of Thror II, father of Thrain II, father of Thorin II (Oakenshield).
Cirdane is the daughter of Maeglin, son of Aredhel and Eol, "the dark elf". Aredhel is the sister of Fingon (father of Gil-Galad) and Turgon, who is the father of Idril. Idril (father of Earendil, father of Elrond and Elros).
Turns out Cirdane had a child before Cyrille, with an elf. Her first daughter was named Asterin, which means Star, or Bright as Starlight.
Asterin was the daughter of Cirdane Lorious and Arod, brother of Handir (father of Brandir). Arod was also the son of Gloredhel and Haldir (son of Hamir, son of Haldan, son of Haldar), brother of Hareth (mother of Galdor).
So basically Asterin is the half-sister of Cyrille:

I'm sorry if my information isn't correct, I used Google and other sites to see the family trees of Haldir and Thorin, I just sorta squeezed Arod, Cirdane, Cyrille, Dathiol, and Asterin in there.
