"Hey, isn't that the kid?" a boy asked his friend, "You mean the one sitting over there?" the friend responded by pointing towards Taehyung's direction who was sitting on one of the desks at the end of the classroom, peacefully reading a book.

It was lunch time, everyone was out of the classrooms, except for him and 3 other boys who were speaking loudly, Taehyung being able to hear them.

"Yes, he's the son of those farmer parents" answered the third guy and the others laughed, "Hey! Farmer Boy!!" one of them called out for him but he didn't respond and just kept reading knowing exactly where this was going, it wasn't the first time anyways...

"Ignoring me, are ya'?" one of them was about to approach Taehyung but immediately backed away when someone entered the classroom.

They quietly watched as the person went over and sat on Taehyung's desk.

Taehyung looked up and widened his eyes "J-Jimin, what are you doing here?" Jimin simply smiled at him and ruffled his hair making it messy but-, he still looked good 'cause he's Taehyung

"Say, Jaejin!" Jimin turned and called out one of the boy's name.
"Jimin no" Taehyung whispered but got shushed by the older, "What do YOUR parents do for living?" he asked clearly glaring at them.

The boys exchanged a few looks and the one called Jaejin took courage to answer "D-delivery, my dad does deliveries and my mom is a house wife" he told looking down, Jimin laughed "Deliveries?" he asked raising an eyebrow.

Jaejin nodded.

"So, what's the point of making fun of Taehyung? Delivery Dude and Farmer... where's the difference? It would have been fine if your parents were millionaires, atleast. I mean, you could never compete with me" Jimin gave them a warning look.

"We're sorry" the three of them bowed

"Out of my face" Jimin demanded and they immediately ran out of the classroom

Jimin quietly watched as they did so and smiled satisfied as they closed the door before leaving, Taehyung sighed and massaged his forehead.
"Taehyungie? Do you have a headache, perhaps?" Jimin took a chair then placed it in front of Taehyung's desk and sat down so they were face to face.

"No, I just want you to stop scaring people" Taehyung told and pouted, Jimin leaned back on the chair and scoffed "I wouldn't even had noticed those low life dumbasses if they hadn't bothered you"

"Jimin-"

"I know, I know. I need to stop bringing others down just because of their parents' job but guess what? I wouldn't do such thing if they would just keep their damn mouth shut. No one can bother my Taehyungie"

"They didn't bother me, I'm used to it so I need you to sto-" Taehyung tried explaining but Jimin protested "You shouldn't be!" he slammed his hands against the desk

"Why are you like this?" Taehyung groaned, "I chose to be like this" Jimin gave him a smug look, Taehyung didn't say anything and just rolled his eyes.

"Don't worry, bub. I'll protect you" told Jimin and winked, "What the fuck? I told you to stop calling me that" Taehyung whined, Jimin leaned his arm on the desk and smirked "Not my fault if you're so cute~" he teased

"Don't provoke me, Jimin" Taehyung glared and Jimin just smiled mischievously

Jimin, 24 years old, just graduated in Seoul, he used to live in Busan but had to later move to Daegu because of his parents' business.

His parents own a big company and he himself is a quite famous public figure. When he went to school in Daegu, one thing he noticed was how everyone was the same, no matter which city you were in, people judged you so quickly.

They all wanted to be friends with him and it honestly annoyed him, that's why he preferred being alone during lunch time. The roof was the most quiet place, he went there regularly and something always bothered him.

Whenever he got there, he noticed that he wasn't the only one, there was this cute guy, sat down on the floor, either reading a book or going through his phone, he never ate. He never bought any food and Jimin was always wondering if he was starving himself.

And so he decided to clear his doubts.
He approached the guy by sitting next to him. The guy looked up from his book and got startled when he realised who just sat down next to him. His heart skipped a beat when he got the other's name.Taehyung.

That was the spark.

From having lunch together to walking home together, from walking to class to meeting outside of school on the weekends, from staying over at one's house to buying their own apartment to live together, studied and graduated together. Everything they did was with each other. How can someone move on and not fall in love?

Taehyung, 24 years old, also just graduated in Seoul, his parents own a farm and they live in Daegu.

When he used to study in his hometown, he would often be made fun of because of his parents job, he honestly found it dumb and never payed attention to it.

But they later stopped, why? Because they were scared. Scared of him. Jimin.

He didn't think he needed so much attention in his life until he met him, he was the only one that made him feel enough other than his own parents.

He needed him, he wanted him, he loved him. Taehyung wished he could show him how much he means to him, he wanted to flirt back whenever the latter teased him. He was a dominant person but... never really showed it...

All because-, he was scared, scared to lose the friendship they both had. So he keeped it in... for who knows how many years.

He didn't notice that the other was growing impatient.

Taehyung was handsome, cute and definetily boyfriend material in Jimin's opinion. He could tell from the way the other treated him. Hugs, kisses, cuddles and other things were part of their daily routine. Jimin was beautiful, flirty and obviously husband material in Taehyung's point of view. He knew if he married him, he would have no regrets in life. But, when are they gonna confess?

Will three months be enough for Jimin to man up and reveal his feelings?

A summer that they usually spend together with their family members, but this year only with each other.
