donghyuck wiped his lip as he tasted blood coming out from a wound on it. jaemin was breathing heavily while glaring at donghyuck. he felt his knuckles hurt due to the force he exerted on hyuck. he couldn't believe hyuck did that.

"what the fuck did you just say, donghyuck?" jaemin was struggling to squirm out of jeno's tight grip. on the other hand, renjun helped donghyuck to stand up.

donghyuck smirked, "i'm done with nari, she's all yours."

that's fucking stupid, renjun thought as he discreetly pinched donghyuck in annoyance to his acting according to his plan. every bullshit that comes out from donghyuck's mouth seemed to be really believable.

"you're just toying nari? what the fuck donghyuck, you told me you like her!"

adding fuel to jaemin's fire, donghyuck clapped back, "you actually believed that?"

if jeno and renjun didn't know that this is staged, they wouldn't hesitate to wipe off donghyuck's smug grin on his face. that boy acted well, his one on one lessons with minji really paid off. well, he will surely gonna die in minji's hands if she will know that the acting lessons were for her brother.

and as if on cue, nari went to see donghyuck and jaemin. bitna, donghyuck's girlfriend, who's quite far from the scene approached nari to stop her from walking closely to the boys. apparently, jeno messaged nari to tell her that the two were fighting. she was about to speak when donghyuck smiled at her secretly, meanwhile jaemin was unaware that nari's watching them.

jaemin stopped struggling from jeno's grip, making the latter taken aback so he let him free. he hung his head low as he quietly spoke, "i avoided her for a month because i'm falling for her hard. but you are too. if i had known that you're still like this, i should've pursued her and not worry about our friendship."

jaemin walked away from them, he still hasn't noticed nari's presence due to his vision getting blurry. the three boys became silent, instantly regretting that their plan went a bit too far. nari, on the other hand, still couldn't process what happened earlier, especially what jaemin stated.

"aren't you gonna go after him?" a voice woke her up from her trance, it was bitna.

nari looked at the three boys who were looking at her with apologetic eyes. she looked back at bitna and smiled before walking away to chase jaemin.

bitna walked towards donghyuck who seemed deeply regretful of what he did. "can i borrow donghyuck for a while?" she asked the two boys who nodded immediately. they all felt guilty but they knew donghyuck feels like shit now.

renjun and jeno looked at each other. sucks to be single, they both thought. their plan came to an end today, a shitty end to be exact. and they need to plan again, but this time, they should plan on how to apologize to jaemin.
