jaemin slightly flinched when he felt a tickling sensation around his neck and face. his skin turned kinda wet, like someone has put a tongue over his skin. his eyes were still closed but he's now half awake. he heard someone stifling a laugh and this someone's scent made him utter a name.

"nari," his voice was deeper and huskier than usual, probably because he has just woken up.

the sensation didn't stop, making jaemin chuckle because he was feeling more ticklish than before. he felt that the licking became fast and he was about to hold the cause when he heard a bark.

a bark?

jaemin quickly opened his eyes, just to be greeted by jeno above him-scratch that-a dog that looks like jeno above him, a samoyed. he looked so shocked but he immediately hugged the dog, cooing it as it lick his cheeks. he seemed to be joyed over the sight of the fluffy pal that he didn't even notice that nari was sitting in the edge of his bed and minji was along the doorway with renjun.

"nari, huh?" minji smirked as she eyed the two couple on the bed, teasing them because jaemin moaned her name while in his sleep. "just what the hell did the both of you do last night?"

jaemin immediately grabbed a pillow and threw it to minji, which she casually caught with her one hand. "shut up and just fuck renjun," he hissed, making his sibling roll her eyes at him at his attempt to tease her with someone who she's bad terms with.

renjun grabbed the pillow from minji then he threw it to nari, who unfortunately couldn't catch it resulting to the pillow hitting her face. "i can't hit jaemin because of the dog, sorry," he gave nari a peace sign. "lunch is all ready downstairs. you might want to tell your boyfriend to wash up," he added before he and minji left the couple alone in the room.

the dog that was on top of jaemin jumped out off the bed and lay down on the ground. jaemin quickly leaned towards nari to place a kiss but he immediately covered his mouth when he realized that he hasn't brushed his teeth yet. he rushed towards the bathroom then he shouted a good morning babe to nari as he close the door.

as soon as nari heard water running out from the shower, she rummaged through jaemin's closet to pick out clothes for him. she has known his style in their months of dating but she wanted jaemin to try something new.

"will jaemin like this?" she asked the samoyed while patting its head, making the dog bark as if it was answering her question.

the bathroom door soon opened, revealing a newly showered jaemin with only the lower part of his body covered by a towel. it isn't the first time nari seeing jaemin's body. in fact, she's used to it, but it still made her cheeks turn red and the water dripping from his hair to his shoulders to his bare chest wasn't helping at all.

jaemin noticed the pieces of clothing on his bed, causing him to smile. he has always wanted to experience this sweet gesture from nari and simple things like this always make his heart go crazy. his smile grew wider when he grabbed the clothes near him then he removed the towel wrapping around his body.

"sorry for startling you babe but i'm wearing a boxers, don't worry," jaemin quickly explained to nari, who quickly turned away from him. "what's the dog's name by the way?" he asked, nari was still facing away from him.

nari looked at her nails, distracting herself as jaemin take his time wearing the clothes, "i don't know. the owner hasn't given him a name yet."

"you haven't named him yet?"

"you haven't named him yet."

nari turned around when jaemin fell silent for a while, only to be surprised when jaemin's face was extremely close to hers, eyes glistening because of what he heard from nari.

jaemin's smile grew wider as he stumble around his words, "do you-he's mine? oh my god, are you serious?"

"do you like-"

nari couldn't even finish her question because jaemin suddenly tackled her into a tight hug. she could feel his shoulders going up and down due to his giggles. nari hugged him back, smiling in relief that jaemin liked her present, "do you like it that much?"

"so much, but not much as i like you though," jaemin's hot breath was felt when he buried his face onto nari's neck.

"you're so cheesy, jaem."

jaemin giggled as he pull away but worry was evident on his face, "but i don't think minji-"

"actually, minji pushed me to get you a dog," she smiled at him, reassuring that his sister really didn't mind about it. "i was reluctant at first but then she insisted to look out for the dog yesterday when we were out."

jaemin giggled, he was moved by what his sister did for him. he thought that he will feel a gap between his sister and him because they haven't seen each other for years but nari helped them a lot. he leaned to place a chaste kiss on nari's forehead before he pulled her into a hug, "i'm so lucky to have you both."

he pulled away to model in front of nari, showing off the style she has picked for him. na jaemin in a black tank top and white denim jumper pants? hot is really an understatement to describe him in that fit. 3 years worth of practicing cpr really made him muscular, but not too much-just enough to make nari's heart into a mess.

his girlfriend just stared at him and didn't say anything so he scratched the back of his neck, "why? is it bad?"

"it's bad," nari bit her lip. she smiled at jaemin as she continued, "it's bad for my heart. i think it's gonna burst."

"says the one who's wearing a damn sleeveless romper like you know it'll drive me crazy," jaemin grinned as he hugged her for the second time today. "but why do we look like we're going on a late summer vacation?" he asked curiously while peppering light kisses on nari's shoulders.

"it's because we are."

he suddenly looked up to see nari's face if she was being serious or not. the dog earlier, and now the beach? he couldn't believe that nari really took him seriously about his wishes yesterday. this day is like a healing to him.

nari noticed the smile forming on his face so she giggled, "i'm pretty sure i didn't forget anything you told me yesterday."

jaemin was grateful as hell but he decided to tease her when he remembered something she has said last night, "you forgot saying something to me when i woke up, though?"

nari, on the other hand, feigned innocence as she recalled what happened, "what is it?"

"nevermind, i'll just say it to you then."

jaemin guided nari's hand to his cheek to cup his face, staring at her lovingly as he caress her hand with tender, "i'm yours."
