My first instinct, seeing Liam was to make a run and hide myself away from his deathly glare but when the pounding of heart stops ringing in my ear, I realize how stupid it was. He walks ahead, at me and suddenly the plan sounds appealing to me but my legs was frozen on the ground. As if they're scared to move an inch under the icy cold glare of him. I gulp when he stands in front of me, looking hard on me. I shift backwards to maintain a distance because I was suddenly scared. Not from him but what's coming next.
“So this is where your early help needed yesterday.” He says, his voice awfully calm contrary to the anger on his features.
“No. This is no—”
“You lied to me yesterday didn't you?”
“Liam–”
“Answer my question.” He grits his teeth.
“Hear me ou–”
“Yes or no?” he cuts me off again. I swallow, fighting the rising panic.
“Yes but I didn't—”
He chuckles, shaking his head. The site makes me more scared than confused. He is been quite not yelling at me like he usually does in the beginning and I don't know how to feel about it. I rather have him yelling at me than acting like this.
“I can't believe. I fucking can't believe that I was so blind to not see this before.” He laughs. “I knew something was wrong when you snatched your phone from me. You never care much about it before considering how you had nothing to hide but that time you didn't just hide. You fucking lied to me.”
“No, I didn't. I didn't tell you because I don't wanted you to be angry.” I say, impatiently.
“You didn't want me to be angry or you didn't want me to find out about your fucking boyfriend.” He raises his voice and I gape at him with surprise. Did he just call Dylan my boyfriend?
“Boyfriend? How could you say that?”
“Oh so I can't say it but you can double time him behind my back and hide it from me.”
“I didn't double time. He is my friend.”
“Oh yeah how can I fucking forget. Friend. A term you used to define us in front of people but then in bed you let me bury my head between your thighs. Is this type of friendship you had with him. Did you let him go down on you.” He booms angrily.
My jaw opens wide in astonishment and I stare at him with shocked eyes.
“I swear if right now we would be anywhere, anywhere with less crowd around. I would've slapped you so hard.” I say, my voice trembling.
How could he say that?
“Oh don't mind the crowd, since when you started thinking about places or people when it comes to slapping me. Go ahead do it. Slap me. Slap me so I would wake up from this dreadful dream where you spend your fucking time with him. Out of everyone...you visited him. You went to meet him in his fucking place. Doing god knows what.”
