The kingdom of Celestine stood in ruins, the once towering turrets of the palace in flames. Lloyd and the other knights could do nothing to stop the horde of demons that lay siege upon the capital, they were the best the kingdom had to offer but their best wasn't good enough. Lloyd knew the only way to stop the demons was with the grand grimoire, but that had been lost for centuries, hidden away by the fey beings that resided in the forest of foreboding, if anyone knew where it might be Lloyd doubted they would help the now corrupt Kingdom Of Celestine.

What Lloyd did know is that he had to get Prince Constantine out of the palace. Lloyd knew most people would have left the narcissist Prince where he was, especially when they had seen how the arrogant royal had pushed a serving girl who was barely a child in front of a rampaging demon to save his own back.

Lloyd also knew it wasn't a spare of the moment thing, the prince wasn't a good person, he cared about no one but himself, but Lloyd had made a vow when the prince was still a babe in his mother's arms to protect him and it wasn't a vow he was willing to go back on. He would never break his word to the late queen, even though many thought of the Prince as a demon himself.

"My Prince we need to leave here," Lloyd said leading the Prince through the secret tunnels of the palace.

"Where will we go?" The Prince said clinging onto Lloyd and for a moment Lloyd saw nothing but a young youth with hazel eyes and soft waves. The fearful expression could make Lloyd forget what the Prince was like most of the time.

He was an arrogant and at times a cruel brat who enjoyed humiliating the servants of the palace; Lloyd also knew the Prince had done a lot of unsavoury things that King had kept hidden with large payouts or sometimes threats of death to keep the silence.

Lloyd wondered if the Prince would have been like this if his mother had survived his birth instead of dying a few hours after. His mother the late Queen Amberlil was grace and kindness. Her hazel eyes always filled with kindness, and for a while the kingdom was filled with joy, she treated everyone equal from the lowly street sweeper to nobles from neighbouring kingdoms, in that golden time other kingdoms would have came to the kingdoms aid, now though no one was coming.

Since the Queens death the kingdom had turned into a cold place and fearful place for the commoners where the nobles saw them as nothing more than insects and now fodder for the demon horde.

"We need to head to the fey lands, the only way we can stop the demons is by finding the grand grimoire,"
