"Serena...Come to me..." I open my eyes to see another world covered in purple. This time things aren't as hard to see, and I feel like I'm actually there. It was also a different location. I was lying on a familiar slab of rock, in a familiar hot spring. Lavaridge Town was one of my favorite places I visited in Hoenn, and its Gym Leader was one of my favorite Gym Leaders I overcame. It was a fiery battle to say the least.

I slowly raised myself up, and realized even though I was fully clothed, I wasn't wet or warmed from the spring. Dreams are strange that way. The voice calling to me seemed to be coming from all directions, and I started walking back through the spring to the Pokemon Center.

There wasn't anybody inside the building, not even Nurse Joy at the front counter. Out of habit I put my hand to my belt, and was shocked to not feel my familiar PokeBalls by my side. I went outside, and was assaulted by a cloud of ash. This happens sometimes in this part of the region, but this ashen cloud was purple.

"Come...livia.....rmor..." The voice was still calling, and it was growing fainter and I couldn't make out the words. I looked up at the sky again, and saw those same purple eyes staring down at me. This time, they had depth and I saw emotions swirling within. Pain, anger, and despair were the most prominent. Whoever this was, they were pleading for help, and for whatever reason, they were asking it of me.

"Who are you? Where can I find you?" I was surprised to hear my voice slightly muffled as I inquired of the mysterious voice owner.

".......livia....wer..." That was all I could hear before the purple ash enveloped me entirely and I seemed to be waking up...

I opened my eyes slowly, and when my vision focused I realized I was back in my room at the Ranger Base. Spenser was sitting next to me, along with someone that looked like a doctor.

"...just needs to rest. It doesn't seem to be extreme exhaustion or dehydration, but being out in the heat and tired might have been too stressful for her body. It's a good thing you brought her in soon after she fainted. She should be fine soon. Call me if you need anything!" The doctor was talking to Spenser, and his back was turned to me. He hadn't noticed yet I was awake.

"Thank you Doc." The doctor left the room then, and Spenser turned to me. "Serena! You're awake, thank goodness."

"How did I get back here? I remember being on the beach..."

"I carried you back quick as I can of course." Spenser seemed to not be joking. I swear he's joking.

"You carried me? All the way back to the Base? I must weigh a ton." I sit up against the wall at this, perplexed.

"Not at all. Adrenaline helps when you worry about someone's well-being. Are you ok?" He is most definitely not joking. The first time I get carried unconscious somewhere like in those books and movies, and it was him of all people. He must be very strong....

"Yes, I feel fine. But I had the strangest dream, and its been reoccurring..." I wonder if it's ok to tell him about it, but I look up to him and trust his judgement. Maybe if he asks me to.

"Would you like to talk about it?" Well that settles that then.

"Well, I keep finding myself in places I've been during my journeys in different regions. Places that have some kind of meaning to me, but with some purple haze tainting the color of everything I see. Each time, there's a voice that keeps calling to me, by name, and telling me to go find them. I think they need help. And there's these huge purple eyes staring at me, every time." I begin to feel a little foolish. This seems like a childish issue, and I probably shouldn't be talking about it to Spenser. He seems to be following along, and actually pondering the dream seriously.
