Marinette POV

"Geeze M'lady. You've been at this for six years, and you still can't show up on time?"

"I was busy! You know my designs are due for reveiw tomorrow morning! To your dad!"

Cat Noir laughed. "Okay, I'll lay off. Let's finish this up. I have a surprise for you." He winked.

"Really?" I raised a brow. "Then let's get on with it." Some maniac had built some kind of mech and started destroying the city. After we had taken down Hawkmoth, a bunch of people tried to step up as the villan of Paris. A lot of them were easy, but some of them, like this guy, were a bit more difficult. We tried attacking his armor, but we barely made a dent.

I panted as I attacked the metal plates with my yoyo. "What about a Cataclysm?"

"That could hurt the person inside."

"Do you have any bright ideas Kitten?"

"Paw-sibly." I rolled my eyes. "Follow my lead." He lifted his staff and wedged between the metal plates. I shrugged and used my Lucky Charm. It gave my a crowbar, and I mirrored Cat's movements, exposing the endoskeleton and wiring under the metal plates.

"Oh! Clever Kitty." I poked his nose and began to rip out the wiring. Suddenly, the mech had began to freak out, before collapsing into a heap of metal. A man tried to run out of the mess, but I caught him in my yoyo.

"Kitten, could you do me a favor and call the authorities?" The police came by and picked up the criminal.

"Wow." Cat turned to me. "He did a lot of damage."

"Good thing I can fix it." I threw the crowbar into the air. "Miraculous Ladybug!" Every damaged building was fixed in an instant. "So," I turned to my boyfriend. "what's this big surprise?"

He smiled. "Follow me." He lead me through the streets as the sun set and lights began to shine against the dark sky. We arrived at the Eiffel tower.

"You know I've seen the Eiffel tower before?"

"That's not the surprise." He began leaping up the tower. I shrugged and jumped up after him. We reached a bar near the top, and he sat down and patted the spot next to him.

"So..."

"This," He gestured across the lit skyline. "was the surprise." I chuckled.

"You remembered my favorite spot."

"Of course." He grabbed my hand.

We'd been together for five years. A lot has changed from when we were just silly kids in costumes. I was now a freelance fashion designer, but I mostly did jobs for Mr. Agreste. Adrien was now an international fashion sensation. Alya and Nino got married last June, and they're both very happy. Chloe became a close friend of mine after learning how to be kind, and is now the youngest mayor in Paris history. Everyone from our old class meets up and chats every once in a while, and they are all doing amazing.

I thought that the superhero aspect of our lives wouldn't change, but it has. I've gotten major upgrades on my suit. Now I has black boots and gloves, and an awesome red belt to hold my yoyo. I don't know why, but the only real change Adrien got on his suit was making it low-cut, not that I'm complaining. The suits weren't the only things with upgrades. We were now able to use our powers without detransforming, and we have part-time heros to help us out when we're busy.

"I'm surprised." I said, inturrupting my own thoughts.

"What?"

"We got together at fifteen, and so much has changed since then." I leaned into him. "And yet, we're more in love than we've ever been."

"Yeah. Speaking of." He stood up and reached his hand out to grab mine. I stood, and he pulled a rose, seemingly from thin air, and handed it to me.

"Ha! This is just like when we first started dating."

"I know." He said, and got down on one knee, still holding my hand.

"What- what's this?"

"I've loved you for six years, dated you for five. You've been the center of my life for so long."

"Adrien?"

"I want you to be with me for the rest of my life." He pulled a small box out of his pocket.

I felt the tears well up in my eyes. "Me too."

He laughed. "So, Marinette. Will you mar-"

"Yes! Yes! A billion times yes!" I knelt down and hugged him around the neck.

Adrien lifted me up as he stood. "Really?!"

I laughed. "Yes! Of course!" We were both crying in joy.

"I guess we're getting meow-rried."

"Ha! I guess we are." I was too elated to think of a comeback.

He set me down and buried his face into my shoulder, just like all those years ago. "I love you."

I lifted his face to meet my own. "I love you too." And we kissed, surrounded by stars.
