It's basically a knockoff Apple Pencil. You push the button and the pointed end starts working. The cool thing is if it dies, you can still use the other end (which doesn't require a charge).
It also came with this glove thingy that's supposed to do palm rejection:

It reminds me of the gloves the Galar gym leaders wear. I tried wearing it while drawing, but the "palm rejection" wasn't really working, unless I gently set my hand on the screen. At that point, I might as well just not use the glove and just hover over the screen with my hand.
Also the directions it came with were very polite- each sentence started with please, like "Please press the button to activate."
I used it a lot with my armored Gardevoir drawing. I'm just glad to finally stop using my old stylus (one of the rubber-tipped ones) that was on its last life.
