This is the best I can do. I looked up so many pleated skirt references (I'm trying to draw a poofy tutu but when I looked up tutu drawing references, they were all of ballerinas, which isn't what I'm looking for. I figured pleated skirts would suffice as drawing references) but nothing is quite what I need. Not to mention I don't own a tutu so I can't use that as a reference either.
