"Haggar escaped?! " Allura shouted
The team was uneasy at the moment, all they could do is remaining quiet.
"Atleast zarkon is still trapped, plus we have those generals whatever they call themselves. " Pidge said
Allura sighed as she dismissed everyone and began to reconstruct the base, coran and shiro stayed behind to assist her.
"Hey hunk have you seen lance? " Keith asked the dark skinned man who was making their next meal
"Dunno, he's been disappearing after every meetings. " Hunk replied
"I'll go look for him" Keith simply said before walking off looking for the mage.
It's been about an hour and Keith still couldn't find the blue eyed mage, he was about to give up until a glow flashed in the corner of his eyes.
Quietly, Keith got closer to the source of the glow. There he found thousands of fish in the form of water, beautifully swimming across the air with grace and elegance.
Keith looked closer, in the middle of the fish was lance. He has his eyes closed, in his hands is his bow that pidge made.
He pulled back his bow and a glow appeared in the form of an arrow, sweat dripped down Lance's face.
An ice arrow formed on his bow and then lance let go of the string, but instead of the arrow shooting through the air at lightning speed, the ice turned into water and then it transformed into a fish, it joined the others dancing through the air.
This is what he's been doing? That means he's done this over a thousand times.
Keith thought
As Keith was about to take a closer look, he accidentally stepped on a piece of glass on the ground causing it to break.
Lance flinched at the sound and he lost his focus, the magnificent magic fish flying through the air quickly disappeared.
"What are you doing here? " Lance asked wiping the sweat from his chin
"Looking for you" Keith replied
"For what? " Lance asked placing his bow behind his back
"Allura called us in again, she said she wants to talk about our final plan or something. " Keith replied
"I see. " Lance mumbled
Both stayed silent, refusing to make eye contact with the other.
"Hey Keith can I ask you something? " Lance asked
"Uhm sure"
"After all of this is over, what are you going to do? "
The question shocked Keith, what was he going to do?
"Bet you're going to keep following shiro huh? Or maybe help allura once she gets her kingdom back. " Lance said
"Yeah probably, you'll help too right? " Keith asked
Lance stood still at the question, silence once again took over
"Maybe." Lance simply replied walking past Keith heading to the meeting room
4 days later
"This is it! The final battle" Allura shouted
The paladins along with lance kept a stern look and nodded with the princess, the lions roared in agreement.
Looking at the amount of galra against them, it seemed like a tablespoon from the last time they fought a galra army.
But of course not a everything goes smoothly, Haggar and Lotor are also present.
