"Ptptptpt... ptptptpt..."

Yui marches to her room after taking a shower, trying to whistle but still failing to do so. She enters her room, running to her guitar and hugging it. She doesn't notice the humanoid machine sitting in the room.

Yui: "They told me I couldn't sleep with you Geeta, but I don't care, we will!"

Yui grabs her really expensive guitar and gets in her bed with it, hugging it but forgetting to turn off the lights.

Yui: "And I already got all comfy... I should call Ui! But then she'll tell me to not sleep with you... Guess I'll turn it off on my own!"

Yui stands up, leaving the guitar on the bed while she turned off the room's lights. She once again doesn't notice the obvious humanoid machine sitting in the room and gets back in bed with Geeta.

A couple of minutes passed by and Yui feels a breeze.

Yui: "It's a bit cold here... the window's open!"

Yui goes to close the window, and when she turns to Geeta, she finally notices a light in the middle of the room coming from the android-like creature.

Yui: "W-What's that?! Um, Ui!"

Yui grabs Geeta and very slowly approaches the entity, tapping its shoulder before backing away.

Y/N: "Interesting."

Yui: "What are you?!"

Y/N: "We... we..."

Yui: "Are you an alien that's gonna take over the Earth? I'm gonna stop you using the power of music!"

Yui started playing her guitar, but it wasn't really making any actual noise since it wasn't connected to an amp.

Yui: "I can't really see and I'm sleepy, so I'll stop you using the power of music tomorrow!"

Yui got back in bed with Geeta really close to her, observing the thing closely.

Yui: "I'll call you Y/N. You look like an Y/N..."

Yui falls asleep quickly while the creature sits there.

NEXT DAY

Yui: "Ahh... good morning Y/N."

The android stands up, repeating the same thing Yui said.

Y/N: "Good morning, Y/N."

Yui: "That's your name. I'm Yui."

Y/N: "Good morning, Yui. We're Y/N?"

Yui: "I don't know who we is, but yeah! Your name is now Y/N."

The android looks around, walking towards Yui's manga collection and grabbing several of them, making them scatter all around the floor.

Yui: "W-Wait!"

Y/N: "We will read this."

The android sat down, flipping the pages of the book and being confused once he finished reading it which didn't take long.

Yui: "It's from right to left."

The android tried again, now understanding the story.

Y/N: "We will read more."

Yui: "Ah! But you should eat first! If you do eat... Oh you would love the cake we eat at the clubroom. But I don't know if they'll let you in school..."

Y/N: "We will eat Yui's cake."

Yui: "I don't make it! If I did, I would eat cake everyday..."

While Yui fantasized about eating different flavored cakes, the creature points at Yui's guitar. When she noticed that, she started playing Geeta while Y/N pays close attention. She started having a lot of fun playing guitar for her new peculiar friend. When Yui was done, she jumped.

Yui: "Woo! That was my first time playing for a robot. Today's a brand new day for Yui Hirasawa!"

Y/N: "We have fully memorized the melody for the song. It is quite delightful, but quiet, possibly due to the lack of an amplifier to help the 'Geeta' that you have in your possession—"

Yui: "Woah, you said a lot!"

Y/N: "We happen to be fast learners. We have spent some time here, but this room is very interesting to be in.

Yui: "Oh yeah, why were you in my room?"

Y/N: "We aren't quite sure. We will continue to investigate Yui Hirasawa's room."

Yui: "So, does that mean you don't eat?"

LATER

Ui: "Yui, I brought—"

Ui finds Yui and Y/N in the middle of reading while Yui played a little something on her guitar. Ui didn't know how to respond, so she left the tray with snacks and quickly left, closing the door on her way out.

Yui: "She'll be fine."

Y/N: "Yui, do we have a soul? Does... this unit have a soul?"

Out of nowhere, Y/N asked a question that Yui wasn't too sure she had the answer for, but decided to answer truthfully.

Yui: I'm still not quite sure who we is, but I'm sure you do! Y/N is a great person with a great heart! Even if it's metallic!"

Y/N: "Person?"

Yui: "Yes! Y/N is a person like me and my sister who just left the room scared. Her name is Ui, you'll meet her later."

Y/N nods, approaching Yui and sitting next to her. Yui hugs Y/N, but realizes how the metal can be really awkward when it comes to hugs.

Yui: "This is weird. My first time hugging metal! I'm doing so much today!"

Y/N: "Yui... may I hold the Geeta?"

Yui: "Be very careful with it!"

Y/N started playing the same melody that Yui first played yesterday. When Y/N was done, Yui clapped as the guitar was gently placed down on the floor.

Yui: "You're way better than me! You should join the Light Music Club. You could be... Metal Yui! Or maybe just Y/N... We'll work on your artistic name!"

Y/N: "Light Music Club?"

Yui: "Yeah! It's full of wonderful people that you'll love! But now, we need to show you more songs to play."

Y/N picked the guitar back up, looking at a smiling Yui. Ui was watching their interaction with a confused expression, hiding from them.
