Sometimes, I like to read some of the oneshots I write and my reactions are either "I wrote this? This shit is GOOD" or "what the fuck is this, this is HORRIBLE lmao" there is no in-between.

"Lieutenant!"
You entered the young girl's office carrying two things, a stack of papers and a cup of coffee, which immediately made Tanya raise an eyebrow, wondering about something as she saw you walk in.
Tanya: "L/N, right? Why are you here?"
Tanya instantly recognized you, since she remembered you were the one that saved her life a couple of months ago. She never thought she would get the chance to see you again, but now that you were in front of her, she wanted to say something about that day.
Y/N: "Well, I came to bring you what looks like important paperwork that you must go over and I also brought... coffee."
You look at the cup of coffee, and the divine scent from the drink really made you want some as well, but this particular morning was going to be a busy one for you so there was no time for that.
Tanya: "Where is Serebryakov? She's usually the one that does this."
Y/N: "I don't have an exact answer for that, but she asked me to deliver these to you."
Tanya squints her eyes, trying to think of a reason why Viktoriya would suddenly not come to her office and why she would send someone like you to do her job.
Tanya: "I'll have to talk to her later. Set them on my desk and resume with your morning activities."
You walked over to her desk and set both things down. The Lieutenant sat on her chair and watched the faint steam of the hot beverage rise as she held back from completely melting over the coffee that Visha made, because by now everyone knew how great she was at making these things. She was so good that she would probably get paid quite a lot if she just started selling coffee.
Just as you were about to walk out...
Tanya: "L/N."
Y/N: Yes, Lieutenant?"
Tanya: "Thank you."
Those two words right there, as serious as the delivery of them were, struck something in you that made you think twice about stepping out of the office. That simple 'thank you' wasn't for the coffee, it was for something else.
You decided not to pay attention to it, so you walked out of the office with a troubled mind. Maybe it was just the coffee that was making you feel strange.
And speaking of coffee...
"Taa-daa!"
When you walked out of the office, you were greeted by Viktoriya, who just so happened to have a fresh cup of coffee.
Viktoriya: "Here you go, thanks for covering me!"
Y/N: "Why didn't you—?"
She put a finger over her mouth, making sure you two weren't being too loud so Tanya would not hear her adjutant's voice right outside of her office.
