Chapter 20

I hit my head falling down, laughing so hard.

"Sammy. Your. Face." I gasped out. I guess Sammy hsd thought it was a real gun, because his face was priceless. I mean, mine probably was too. I picked up the thing that had done the deed.

"A nerf gun. Really Kenny." I shoved it in his pocket as we all laughed.

"I thought it was real." Sammy shrugged, but he started laughing a bit too. His smile is really cute. Wait, what?

"Alright, now that I shot you, I have some things to say." Kenny stepped in.

"First off, I'm sorry for hurting you, Sammi." I nodded. "I was drunk and I didn't know what I was doing. I'm sorry." I looked down at my hands resting in my lap. I was too lazy to get back up after I fell, so I just propped myself against the bed.

"Yeah, thanks Kenny. Now she doesn't trust me." Sammy mumbled, and I guess Kenny got offended.

"It wasn't just me, Sammy."

"Really? It wasn't? Fine, I blame all of you." Kenny pushed Sammy back. I stood up.

"Woah, woah, woah. Calm your tits, guys!" I tried to yell over them, but they were cursing and pushing eachother. Finally, Kenny threw a punch. It hit Sammy in the jaw, and that was the final straw for him. He was flailing his arms, hitting every available part of Kenny. But Kenny was fighting back. He'd let Sammy on top of him, just to kick him right back off.

Then, it got a lot worse.

Kenny hit Sammy very hard, causing him to fall to the ground. I was rushing to help him when Kenny didn't see me there, I guess, and hit me in the back of the head. I fell to the ground, trying to focus on something, anything, but I couldn't. I saw Sammy hovering above me, but there were three, maybe four Sammys. I tried to make sense of it, but my eyes closed and I could only hear what was happening.

"God dammit Kenny! Fuck you! You take everything from me. All I want is my girl, but you can't even leave me that." I can hear the tears running down Sammy's face.

"I didn't mean to hit her!" Kenny tried to defend himself.

"Just stop trying, Kenny. It's getting you nowhere."

"No one wants me anymore." Kenny whispers, and I hear his footsteps bounce down the stairs.
