Rick is in the basement of the Grassi house taking bricks out from the wall in one corner of the room where he put the bloody clothes from Darrien.

He brushes some flies away from him as they came out with the clothes.

Then Rick rolls the shirt and the pants up together and is scared by Darrien.

"Hey! What are you doing with my stuff, man?" Darrien asks.

Rick turns around clenching the clothes to his chest scared out of his mind.

"Uh. What? Uh, nothing. I'm, uh...I had to move it." Rick says.

"Why?" Darrien asks.

"Well, it's evidence. You can't leave it lying around." Rick says.

"Oh, okay." Darrien says.

He goes to leave when he turns back around towards Rick.

"Hey, man, um, have I made the news?" Darrien asks.

"The news...Oh, God, yeah. You've been all over the news!" Rick says.

A wide smile comes across Darrien face when he hears he's been all over the news.

"Yeah? Well, what about-what about Connie?"

"She hasn't been in the news."

"No, no, no, I mean, how'd she take it?"

Rick sighs. "Oh. Pretty hard."

Darrien gives a small smile.

"Cool. Why hasn't she come over to see me yet?" Darrien asks.

"Too soon, I suppose." Rick says.

A girls voice then calls out for Darrien to go pay with them.

Darrien looks over at them sitting on the ground with their toys in the other room and gives them a smile.

"I'll be right there, girls." He says.

Rick then looks into the room where the girls are and realizes, those are his girls he killed in a house fire years before.

They were sitting with each other at a little tea table having a tea party, waiting for Darrien.

"Those girls..."

"Yeah. Lauren and Lindsay. Found'em hiding down here." Darrien explains.

Rick doesn't say anything, he just continues to look at them in awe.

"Sweet kids. A little needy, but...Hey, do you think maybe you could snag me some clippings? You know, news articles about me? Just thinking about starting a little scrapbook. Thanks." Darrien says with a smile.

He then walks into the other room where the girls were having their tea party and sits down on the small chair in between the two girls.

Rick walks behind Darrien into the other room and can't help but smile at not only being able to see his daughters again, but with how well Darrien plays and gets along with the girls.

It's something Rick wishes he would've done while they were still alive.

"He's so good with them." Rick's first wife that he also killed in the house fire years ago says.

"Sweetie."

"I don't think I've ever seen Lauren take to anyone so quickly. They've been so afraid up till now. Lonely. We all have." She says.

"Why am I seeing you now after all this time?" Rick asks.

She places her burnt hand on his shoulder and looks him in his eyes.
