I finally indulged in my urges. Not even because I was feeling down. I needed to feel the pain. I know my friends are going to try and call me once they read this but I'm fine. I feel emotionally numb. Other than that I just needed the pain. I will be fine. Besides its only 3 very think shallow ones, they should heal quickly. I always clean my cuts and make sure they dont get infected.
I guess this is day 0 try 2 for My Sober Start. That's all for today.
