Chapter Twelve : A Date With D.O. (Part One)

CHAPTER TWELVE PART ONE

Nana's POV

As soon as I arrived at the mall, I parted ways from Suho and started walking to no specific destination. Then, I texted D.O.

To : D.O. :D

Annyeong D.O.! I'm already here at the mall. Where are you?

*Sent

A few seconds of walking while waiting for his reply, my phone beeped.

Sender : D.O. :D

I'm here at the movie theater. What movie would you like to watch?

I quickly thought of all the currently showing movies then I remembered 24/7 in Love (This is a Filipino Movie).

To : D.O. :D

I want to watch 24/7 in Love but it's a romantic comedy film. Is it okay with you? BTW, I''' be there in two minutes. :D

*Sent

Then I went back to walking while waiting for his reply. A few seconds passed when my phone beeped again.

Sender : D.O. :D

It's fine with me. I'll by the tickets first since the line is long :D

To : D.O. :D

Okay. I'm almost there.

After a few seconds, I arrived at the movie theater. I spotted him in line with five people in front of him so I decided to buy snacks first.

I went to the snack bar. Luckily, There were no people in the snack bar. I food for the both of us.

While the cashier and crew were busy preparing my orders I looked back at D.O. and saw that he was already next in line.

When I recieved what I ordered, I paid for it and turned around and saw D.O. recieving the tickets from the seller.

I walked towards him, hugging the huge popcorn box with my right hand while holding a cupholder with two drinks in my left hand.

He smiled happily when he spotted me walking towards him which caused a huge smile to escape my face.

Why does he have an adorable smile?

When we reached each other he took the drinks from me and together we walked toward the theater.

We haven't had a conversation yet. Not even greetings. I was too awkward to start a conversation with him so all we did was smile.

He handed the ticket to the person. The person tore the ticket and gave the half back to us. He took it and we silently but still smiling entered the theater.

When we entered the theater he stopped to put the other half of the ticket in his right pocket then held my right hand with his left hand.

"Don't let go. I don't want to lose you in the dark." - D.O.

I didn't say a word but I can feel my cheeks blushing as he was pulling me towards the direction he was going. Good thing it's dark in here so he can't see me.

We ended up sitting on the seats at the higher part  of the theater which was very comfortable.

As we sat on our seat he was still holding my right hand with his left hand. He took one of the half of the ticket fro his pocket and held it in front of my eyes.

"Take it and Keep it. Don't lose it. It will be our souvenir for today." -D.O.

I took it from his hand using my free hand. I slipped it into my pocket. I still haven't said anything. I can still feel my cheeks turning into a darker shade of crimson.

I really am starting to love the dark.

The movie started and he was still holding my hand. We were laughing and suddenly feeling awkward during the romantic scenes.

I was really enjoying the moment. He was still holding my hand.

When the movie finished and the lights at the sides of the theater turned on, I saw his face. It was still dark but I could still see his face.

I saw that he was blushing and I think he saw me blushing too. He smiled at me then he stood up first. He was still holding my hand so I stood up after him.

As we went out of the theater, I was pulling his hand which made him stop and look at me.

"Where are we going next?" I smiled.

For a second there I was feeling excited.

"Let's eat first because we're going to go on a fifteen minute travel to a place where pure fun exists." Then he smiled cutely and turned around and pulled me to Dulgie's which was only across the theater.

After we finished eating and rode a bus to a place where pure fun exists.
