Chapter Fourteen : A Date With D.O. (Part Three)

CHAPTER FOURTEEN

Nana's POV

When we reached outside he let go of my hand and shouted.

"WELCOME TO MAGIC ISLAND!" with matching hand movements.

I chuckled. He looked a little embarrassed but he was still smiling. We then walked around.

Oh. The outdoor theme park of Lotte World is called Magic Island.

The first ride we rode was called the Waikiki Wave. This is a two-row seater ride. One side facing the theme park and the other side facing the sea. We took the seats facing the sea. Wind was blowing at our faces. We were both laughing like crazy as the ride flips up and down, twisting and turning.

Our next target is The Atlantis, the biggest ride in the park. Just by looking at it you could say thet it's really big trouble. I really wanted to ride it. I like trouble. He has no choice but to come with me.

The attendants clearly insructed us to stretch before the ride. As they put on the safety equipment for us. The last instructions were to hold on to the bar in front of us and lean back. Of course, D.O. is beside me.

I looked at him and we smiled at each other. When we felt the ride slowly starting we looked straight in front of us. The ride whizzes, loops and drops at the speed of 72 km/hr. We were shouting and laughing like crazy.

At the end of the ride we took a seat on the nearest bench. As soon as we sat we looked at each other and burst into laughter.

"I'm dizzy." -D.O.

"Haha. Me too." -Nana

We sat there for a few minutes until our dizziness was gone. We then walked around to look for our next target.

Next target. Gyro Drop.

The Both of us were squealing loud. I was laughing so hard whenever he squeals. It's more like he's the girl, not me. Haha

We took a few more rides until dark.

When it was night, He bought tickets for the laser show.

The laser show starts around 9:30pm. There's still twelve minutes left before the show starts.

This was the second time I watched the laser show. The first was of course with Baekhyun.

This time around, here in Lotte World, I enjoyed more. Back then, Baekhyun would say no to all those scary rides. He was more afraid than I was.

Now, here with D.O. enjoyed pure fun here in this happy place. He never stopped me in any ride I would want to ride. He was right beside me, making me laugh with his girly squealings.

I really enjoyed this day.

A few minutes later, the laser show will start.

As the recorded voice coming out from the unknown location of the speakers starts the narration D.O. tapped my shoulder.

I looked at him. He was looking down playing with his hands like a little child guilty of breaking his mother's vase.

"Ne?" I asked.

"I'm afraid of all those rides." He mumbled still looking down.

I tried hard to supress the laughter that was forcing to escape my mouth because he looks really embarassed. I succesfully did.

I placed my hand in his chin, lifted it up, and looked at him straight it his eyes.

"Gomawo." I said.

His eyes widened.

"Wae?" -D.O. asked looking confused.

"Gomawo. Thank you for accompanying me even when you're scared. Thank you for choosing to make me happy even though deep inside you were trembling with fear. Thank you for giving me a wonderful day, a good memory worth remembering. For all of that, Thank you." -me

This time, I was the one who held his hand.

I smiled at him.

He smiled back.

Just in time, The show started. After almost an hour of dancing lights flashing before my eyes the show ended.

We eventually took the last bus and a few seconds before my stop. I look at D.O.

"Thank you for today."

I kissed his cheek. Just in time when the bus stopped.

"Annyeong" -I said smiling and waving.

"A-annyeong" He smiled.

His cheeks were blushing. When I was turning around, I saw him lift his hand and caressed his cheek.

The more I look at him, The more adorable he gets.

He's such a cutie.
