"Maya," Kermit said and Maya shook her head.
"Who are these?" Maya asked again as Josh looked between the two of them.
"He's your dad?" Josh asked.
"No. He was my father. I'm a Hunter. Not a Hart. Not anymore tho," Maya said.
"This is your brothers, Kody and Diego. Me and Kody share a few classes," Josh said.
"Who are you from her?" Kody asked.
"Boyfriend," Josh said.

"Maya I can explain everything. About your brothers and everything else. Just give me a chance," Kermit said.
"Rather not. I can't do this right now," Maya said.
"Maya," Kermit said grabbing Maya's wrist as Josh stepped in.

"Get your paws off her," Josh said as Kermit stepped back.
"She's my daughter," Kermit said.
"The daughter you abandoned and left for nearly 11 years. I know exactly what you did and how many nights she spend crying awya because of you. I'm not going to allow you to do that to her again," Josh said.
"Josh let's go. Hey. Let's go," Maya said as they walked away.
