Wednesday, 13 September 2017 and Maya was walking up and down the doctors office waiting room.
She smiled at Josh as she just exhaled sitting down next to him.
"How far do you think you are?" Josh asked.
"I don't know. Five, maybe six weeks," Maya said exhaling as she saw the doctor.
"Maya Hunter? Come on in," he said as both Maya and Josh entered the office.
"So you are thinking a pregnancy. What is triggering that?" he asked.
"Um... Nausea, late period, fatigue," Maya said laying on the bed.
"Okay let's see how far you are then," he said.
Maya lifted her shirt up as the doctor put gel on her stomach while going over with a wand.
Josh smiled at her as they suddenly heard a heartbeat.
"Eight weeks. That's your baby's heartbeat. Fast, hey?" he asked and Maya smiled looking at Josh.
"Yeah it is," Maya said.
"Your due date is 25 April 2018," he said as Maya nodded.
