"Darryl?" I was shocked cos since our break up he hasn't called or texted me

"Riele can we talk?"

"About what? What if Cooper catches us and disowns you?"

"Calm down Cooper is not home right now and we really need to talk about us, how we ended was not so cool and maybe we could get back together"

"Fine I'm on my way"

"Okay I'll be waiting"

"Hold up, send your address you know I have never been to your house"

"That's right I'll send it now"

Phone conversation ends

Immediately after our call he sent the address and I took a shower and got dressed and went downstairs to see my uncle, his friends and Ella going through some rap lines and laughing over what one of them said, I silently went to the door and was about to open it when my uncle saw me

"Riele where are you going?"

"I'm going to the mall"

"The mall that you own?"

"Yeah that one"

"When are you coming back?"

"I don't know maybe I'll stay still 6"

"Okay be careful, bye sweetie"

"Bye"

I got in my car and entered the direction and drove there. To be brutally honest I don't want to get back together with him but I want to be his friend so I will tell him everything and hopefully we  can still be friends. I arrived at the house and I was stunned at how huge the house was, I went to the front door and pressed the doorbell and Darryl came to open the door

"Hey" he said

"Hey"

"Well come in"

"Thanks" I stepped into the house "your house is really nice"

"Thanks please have a seat"

I sat down opposite him "so what do you have to say?"

"Well the last time we saw each other which was yesterday was a bit rocky and I wanted to clear some air between us and I know we may never get back together cos of our situation but at least we can try dating secretly, so what do you think?"

"Darryl I love you, I do but I can't be with you"

"Oh, that's unfortunate but let me guess you like someone else"

"Yes I do"

"And does this crush of yours happen to have blonde hair, tall, and his name happens to be Jace?"

"So you know?"

"Yeah I do, I noticed it when we were still dating but I didn't say anything and I knew you were also using me as a distraction"

"How did you find out?"

"There's one thing about me that people don't know, I am very observant and I noticed a certain look in your eyes and I knew you were sad and I kinda know when girls use me cos I've been used a lot in the past and no girl says yes to me immediately I ask them out"
