Rose Evergarden- Year one

Chirstmas eve

I was able to leave the hospital wing the next day and before I knew it....it was Christmas Eve!!!
"AHHHHHHHHHHH Rose!!!!!!!" Lilly shouted
"......good morning to you too..." I said bitterly
"It's Christmas Eve!!!!" She shouted running down the steps and into the boys dorm
I followed sleepily
"I think we all can tell the day!" Remus said as tired as I was

"I need food!" Sirius moaned

"Yeah I do to!" James moaned

"Well ok let's go!" Lilly said dragging us out of the common room

we all went down into the great hall and when the door opened we all stood there and marvelled. the hall was decorated in tinsel and christmas trees, I ran forward.

"AAAAAAAAAAA!!!" i shout

"I know right?!?!" Lilly said smiling

James and Sirius both bolted for the food and started shoving in in their mouths Remus followed behind slowly me and Lilly and started talking

"How are you?" Lilly asked concerned

"For the last time Lils, i'm fine!"

"Any new from your Mum?" She asked

"Nope!" I said happily

"Maybe that's for the better?" Remus chimed in

Just then someone ran towards me

"Rose Rose!" Mike shouted

"What?!?!" I said

"You've got a howler!" he said "In the dormitory!"

oh no. I followed Mike out followed by Lilly. Mike waited at the stairs and me and Lilly went up into the dorm, sure enough there was a red letter with my name on it i opened it then my mothers voice spoke, I winced

A panic attack? Are you serious?! We were this close to getting you home and you had to go and screw everything up! I wrote this letter to tell you were doing something we should have done years ago! Were disowning you! Don't even think! About trying to enter this house or get Any of your stuff

the howler ended

I immediately sit down on the floor, my breath quickens but this time, I'm in control.

I won't let it get the better of me, not again.Never again.

Lilly immediatedly crouched down

"Rose calm down, your going to ok!"

"No now i'm alone and I dont have any stuff and-"

I started crying, I thought I was in control but everything was spiriling down again.

"Rose calm down ok?"

"You don't understand I can't get their voices out of my head, everything they did to me!"

They boys were listening

"Should I go get Professor McGongall?!" Remus asked

"N~No i'm fine.." My voice was shaking but I managed to get onto my bed

"Can you breathe?" Lilly asked

"Enough.." I said

I was to tired to do anything else

"I'm going to go to sleep 'kay Lils.."

"Ok!" Lilly said and she sat on the edge of my bed until I fell asleep
