High School (AU) (Avengers)

Chapter two

I sat in the principals office and looked to my right to see the red haired girl Clint was talking to this morning.
"What are you here for?" I asked her.
"Got caught trying to steal the teachers pass to get in and out of the building," she said while chewing her gum obnoxiously loud.
"Why would you want that?"
"So I could get out of this place, what are you here for?"
"I punched a teacher."
"Wow that's pretty bad ass."
"Not really."
"What teacher?"
"Mr. Johns."
"Oh, well I'm sure he deserved it he can be quite a dick sometimes. What did he do?" She asked this time sounding a bit more sincere.
"He called me gay."
"Oh well you do hang out with that Bucky kid a lot."
"He's just a friend," I said starting to get defensive.
We stopped talking when the principal walked in. His name is Nick Fury.
"Natasha, why don't I speak with you first," He said.
"It would be my pleasure." She fired back sarcastically.
I sat there in the principals office all alone and really started to think about what I had done. Fifteen minutes later Natasha came out and told me to go in there. I took a deep breath and went into Mr. Fury's office.
"Have a seat," he said and I did as I was told, "so I heard you punched Mr. Johns, Is that correct?"
"Yes Sir," I said.
"And why did you do that?"
"He called me gay sir."
"Yes Mr.Johns, tends to do that. Don't tell him I said this but he's kind off a dick so I'm going to let you off the hook."
"Wait really?" I asked shocked.
"Yes," he said as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.
"I just punched a teacher and you're just going to let me off the hook?"
"You better leave before I change my mind Mr. Rogers."
I walked out the door a little shocked but I didn't want him to change his mind. It was lunch time now. I walked to the cafeteria and sat down next to Sam but far away from Bucky, I didn't want people to think we were gay. Lunch went by fast like usual and before I knew it I was sitting next to Tony Stark in science class. Tony was one of the smartest guys I knew besides Bruce, who is Tony's best friend. I looked around for Bruce but I didn't see him, it was unusual for him to miss science class. I listened as the teacher taught us about something stupid. I thought about earlier and how I attacked the teacher. I couldn't help but laugh out loud and everybody stared at me like I was crazy. I just went back to reading my science book after that. After science class I went to history. We were talking about World War Two when there was a knock on the door. It was Mr.Fury.
"Can I please borrow Mr.Rodgers for a moment?" He asked the teacher.
"You sure can Mr.Fury." my teacher said looking at me like I just broke the law. I walked out of the classroom and followed Mr.Fury back to his office. In the chairs in front of his desk sat two people I've never seen before.
"These are our two new foreign exchange students," he said. "you'll be showing them around and making them feel welcome."
"Why me?" I asked.
"Because you all have the same classes." Mr.Fury said, "now this is Thor." he said pointing to a very muscular man with long blonde hair, "And this is Loki." He said pointing to the shorter guy with long dark hair.
"Where are you from?" I asked them.
"Let's just say we're not from around here," Said Loki with a sly smile across his face.
"Ignore my brother were from Asgard," Thor said with a real smile on his face and sticking his arm out.
"I've never heard of that country." I said while shaking his hand.
"Not a lot of people have, its pretty small and don't bother looking for it on any map," Thor said.
"Ok well I guess we should head to history then."
I walked down the hall back to the classroom. When I opened the door people were staring at me so weird but then I realized they were just staring at the new kids.
"I see you have brought us some new students." the teacher said.
"Yes I have, where would you like them to sit?" I asked.
"There are two open seats in the back they can use," the teacher said.
They went to take their seats, as I went to take mine. The rest of the day was pretty boring, I helped the new students around and I stayed as far away from Bucky as I possibly could.
