Okay folks uh, so this chapter may seem harsh, tons of swearing, and sadness. The reason why this chapter doesn't  numbered is because this is happening somewhere else and Y/n isn't in it. If Y/n isn't it then it will be named something. And these kinds of chapter are either in another world, in a dream, or in the past. I'll let you get to it then.

Fucking limbo. The place where those who died before their time. Stuck in a place where many are forever lost. Every being can't see their own species, or touch them, or hear, or even smell them no matter how close they are to each other. Limbo makes a person feel like they are the only ones of their kind there. Sure they can see other beings, but they aren't human, a lot were serpents and humans cause of the serpentine war, but Akila was the only Oni there. Just laying on the floor as fog surrounded her. The damn fog was everywhere. You could hardly see anything. Some hisses and screams were heard in the background. Probably another human ran into a snake again, she thought as she just layed there.

Her arms and legs were spread out without a care in the world. Why would she care? She hasn't known what happened to her sister since that day. Her father was more or likely dead, and her mate was probably so struck with grief and went back home. Conric had better taken Mystaké with him. And her stepmother Junco

'Dammit Akila I told you! Treat it with Colfad, not Gretõt!'

..... eh, who cares. Akila was bored, and she could only do three things around here. One: she could wander around aimlessly. Two: she could scare humans and serpents with her original Oni form (a personal favorite of hers). And three: watch Y/n through a glass that Valhallik had given her.

Sure some would think she was being a creep by knowing that Y/n has just woken up from a nightmare where instead of Akila getting stabbed, it was Y/n. The half-breed wasn't a fan of that dream, but it made the young human fear the First Spinjitzu Master. And she should be afraid of him. Almost every night the girl would hope that the man that Akila had once called a friend wouldn't come barging through her door and turn her to stone too. The second Akila's DNA had accepted Y/n's body, Valhallik gave the silver Oni the glass and told her to watch over the girl. At first Akila scoffed and told him to go rot in hell, but then she learned about the human's story. It was like her life, but more human-y. Not to even mention the circus. So she agreed, and has watched over her for the past two years. Wait, was it two years?  Y/n's birthday was last month so.... yeah, two years.

But she kinda felt sorry for her. That royal white haired oáka had forced wakcēr onto the girl at such a young age. But cause it was forced, it wasn't proper wakcēr. If it was, Akila wouldn't be here right now. Y/n was lucky she compatible with Akila's blood, or else she would be dead.

"And you would be even more bored too. But hey, look on the brightside. At least you won't be able to die of boredom anymore."

Her neck snapped towards the voice. She glared at the green eyed Oni who had an amused expression. 'Is he trying to get me to hate him even more?' Then she went back to staring into the endless foggy sky. "Can you not?" She spat out.

Valhallik shrugged and went to go sit next to her, but then she let out a deep growl before he could move another step. Valhallik fumbled with his fingers while looking down with a slightly guilty look on his face. He then sat down from where he was standing."Right.... guess your not officially over the thing yet."

The dead former general rolled her eyes and kept looking straight. She thought back to what happened to the other kids who were taken and were practically turned into killing machines. They all just disappeared. The place was deserted, papers were gone, most of the equipment was missing, and those weird boxes that has a bunch of buttons and can glow were in bad shape. What were they called? Akila knew it started with a 'com' in it. Commercial? No, that those annoying little short shows that interrupt the movies. Companies? Computers! Yeah, most of the computers' screens were either cracked, wore had a huge hole in it. Like somebody hit the center of it. 'I bet Valhallik knows. He watches everybody else in the realm. But he probably won't tell.'

"Yep. Sorry Akila but you can't know. All your suppose to mainly do is watch about Y/n."

She let out another growl, but came out as an annoyed growl. Just like he won't tell her why she had to die. Why they had to die. A couple of people couldn't be saved from the fires that he made. At least 5 of her village friends were dead. "And I think your doing a good job on it." He said, trying to get on her good side. The all powerful god sat down criss-cross apple sauce and and put his head on his fist. "So, made any new friends while living here? Found some of your old buddies in here? Cause it is ginormous. I can't even find the end to this place."

"Which 'old buddies? Do you mean the children and women that we killed? The giants? No? How about your mate? Cause I've definitely seen her around here. Or are you referring to the ones that died in the fire that you caused. Your gonna have to be a *little* more specific." Akila said. Each word made Valhallik feel hurt more and more in his heart. If it was an enemy saying that to his face, he wouldn't care. He'd just brush it off. But Akila wasn't an enemy. She wasn't the Overlord. She was the girl that saved him as cubs when no one else would. Valhallik could still remember the first time he saw her. Little Valhallik was being teared apart by dragon hunters, and then something golden just came in and scooped him up. He couldn't help but smile. But then the memory of him driving his sword into Akila body ruined it. He could still hear Mystaké's cries as smoke disappeared into the dark, dark sky.

"I was talking about the... the last thing. Do you need new clothes?"

Akila lifted her and looked at her torso. There was a purple bloody hole with fresh blood on the fabric around it. There was a small blood spot on her back, but she didn't care. The bloody girl put a finger in the hole and examined it closely. Then she licked the blood clean off. "No thanks. I'm good."

There were still fresh cuts all over her from the fight. Sure it was like.... 10,000 years ago, but time doesn't exist here. Everyone looks the exact same way the moment after they die. And Akila looked like she was in a war, but it was just from a fight she and her friend who will not be named had. *hint* *hint* Valhallik. "How's Jitzu doing?" She asked finally after a long silence. "Last I saw him was when he kept chewing on my blades while in diapers. He must've grown into a fine man, unlike you."

Even more guilt flooded into him. If only he actually double checked to make sure all the eggs were destroyed. All of that evil wouldn't be in his son. "He's doing well. He's married and has a child. And he.... was a sensei for a while. But then he figured family was more important." It wasn't exactly the truth, but it wasn't exactly a lie either. She didn't need to know his son became the world's most wanted man, or that he was possessed by the Overlord, or that he was one of the reasons why Harumi had did such terrible things to those 4 people. Not to even mention thaf he killed her sister. All she had to do was watch over the girl.

"Heh, well... he's right about that. Family is important." She let out a sigh and spoke quieter. " You never when something bad might happen. Did Conric ever.... bring Myst back home?"

Valhallik nodded. "Yeah, he did. She became a spy for a few decades. Guess she got her talent from you. Hehe, but then she left and went back to Earth and opened up a tea shop."

"..... she always had a thing with tea." Akila muttered quietly. "I couldn't be more prouder. "

Should she ask if he could keep her up to date about her sister? Naw, he probably won't. After all, she has to look out for the human girl. Nothing more. "Actually," his voice interrupted her thoughts. "I'd be more then happy to do it. I wouldn't mind watching over your sister."

  "..."

  "..."

  "..."

"Welp," Valhallik patted his legs and stood up. He stretched his back which responded with a pop. "I better get back to paradise. See you around?"

"..." she hasn't turned to look at him this entire conversation. He started to walk away. Valhallik would have to pay the cloud kingdom a visit and-

"Yeah, see you around."

He immediately stopped and looked back at her. He barely see her cause of the fog, but the oni could just make out the outline of her. She was sitting up with her back turned towards him. He gave his old friend a small smile before vanishing into thin air.
