Ricky Bowen I feel a light kiss be pressed on my temple. I was hardly awake and from what I knew, it was early as fuck.
"Early class," I hear Nini whisper, "I'll see you later, I love you."
"Mm..wherme is Athena.." I mumble.
"I dropped her off at school already."
"What??," I slightly turn to face Nini, but my eyes hardly wanted to open. I just saw the silhouette of Nini sitting next to me. "It's already 8?"
"Mhm. Make sure to be up at 11 for your first class, okay?"
"M..kay."
I shut my eyes as I feel Nini kiss me again.
*** I tap my pencil on my notebook as I sit in the auditorium. It was almost 1 and my shift starts at 2. When I get home I do like half of my class online to make it easier but last night I had no worries except the one where I realize I cannot have a child with the love of my life. Isn't that something?
With the professor saying some total bullshit I probably won't remember, I find myself shutting my laptop and getting up. I pick up my backpack and leave the place. Everyone gave me weird looks but I mean, why is it your business?
I push open the door and fumble with my keys as I make my way across the great lawn. The only class I have besides this is at 9, which I'll be able to make it home to.
I start my car that's like a whole fucking mile away and quickly pace, taking out my phone. I don't have much to do and talking to someone wont hurt.
