Midoriya was tired. All of them were. They were all having difficulties sleeping, and it was only worsened by the stress that they were putting on themselves. They were all expecting themselves to be perfect. They continued to go on patrol, and the news coverage was through the roof. The reaction was a mixed bowl. Still, there's no such thing as bad press, right?

Each of the Rejects were reacting in their own way. They continued to go to each other for help, which was good. What was bad was that their nightmares were worsened. They lost their appetite. They ate less and less, and spent more time making sure that they were perfect fighters. They trained a lot more than what they were supposed to.

That's fine.

At least they were doing good for the world. They were saving people who couldn't save themselves. They were killing each other in the process.

That's fine.

It's not as if the world would miss them. They were technically already dead.

That's fine.

Still, life had become more and more difficult, and they were only living for each other and the vigilantism. At night they would just repeat their names to each other. It was the one thing that couldn't be taken away from them. So, they would all be sitting in the corner of the room, curled around each other, and they would introduce themselves over and over.

It sometimes even worked.

------------

Todoroki had a better understanding of where they lived. When they started calling in for the police to come in they were in a certain circle, and slowly spread out. It was a small start, but it was a start. He had that area highlighted on his map. He could just go to Hosu and be out during the 'patrols'.

Then, he remembered that his father goes to Hosu every month for... business. He wasn't allowed to know what it was, and Todoroki had a feeling that it was something less than legal. He had never paid it that much mind, but he had a feeling that would be the best way to make contact with the Rejects.

He just didn't like that he would have to talk to his father for it.

------------

Iida had had a long day. His brother was working himself to his limit, and barely had time for himself. So, he did what any good brother would do, and set up a mini vacation for Tensei.

It was set up in his room, and had everything. He set up candles, and made food, and set up a little fort for his brother to watch T.V in. Maybe Tensei could calm down a little bit. Iida didn't like seeing his brother so stressed. He knew why, though.

There was radio silence from the villain community, and all of a sudden, two children are pulled from their home and murdered in the park. It was as if that was the signal to the rest of the villains that they can start doing crime again. It was as if the entire villain community had doubled as well.

Iida could tell that a lot of heroes were secretly happy that there were so many vigilantes. The main vigilantes getting news coverage, however, were the Rejects. They stood up to the ideals of their society.

Our society doesn't revolve around quirks! He tried to argue with himself. It doesn't.... it doesn't.... doesn't it?

The more he thought about it, the more he realized that yes... it does. He remembered hearing a conversation. He was over on the bench so there was nothing he could do about it, but he remembered it happening.

Iida was sitting at the park. A boy with purple hair was getting yelled at by his mother.

"Just do what we tell you to do!"

"I don't want to use my quirk to hurt people!" the boy argued back.

"What else can you do with it? Huh? Save people? BE MR. HERO?!" The woman was getting a little closer to the boy, and a little louder. "WE are the only ones who accept you, so you can't leave us. I am your mother and I tell you what to do." The woman grabbed the boys' arm and pulled him away.

Iida really regretted not doing something that day.

He thought back to all of the quirk discrimination that he had witnessed in his life, and came to realize that it was way too much. Way too many people say that quirks define you as a person.

------------------

Ochaco Uraraka stared at the T.V in silence. She paused it, and was thinking about the message. She had watched the news broadcast over and over, and still she felt the need to watch it again. Society really revolved around quirks.

These people had been rejected and bullied all for their quirk. She came to terms with the fact that she was poor a while ago. She trained her quirk, and trained to be a hero to make money for her family. She realized that she had never met a quirkless person, ever.

She decided to look up why that was, and was horrified to see the result.

She found statistic after statistic, and it all came up the same.

Even though 20% of the population was born quirkless, 86% of them died before they turned sixteen. 94% of those deaths were suicide. The fact that that one person - Deku - was still alive right now was a miracle. The fact that he hadn't commit suicide was a miracle, and she hated the fact that it was a miracle.

-----------------

All Might watched the news in shock. A quirkless person was standing up against quirk discrimination. All Might only told this to a select few people, but he used to be quirkless, and he had gotten the blunt of the discrimination, and he knew, first hand, that it sucked.

He had never been bullied for it, though. He wondered how much the world had changed for someone to be bullied for something that they couldn't control.

He hoped that Deku did what they set out to do.

---------------

Todoroki was disgusted by how happy his father sounded. He was disgusted that he was happy that his son was going to Hosu. He regretted even looking at his father. He hated that he was the one who put that smile on his face.

Turns out that he was going to Hosu that weekend. Hooray.

The trip to Hosu, Todoroki studied. He said that he didn't want to let anyone be ahead of him, and his father got even prouder. Todoroki wanted to vomit.

When they got there, Endeavor told him to go to the hotel while he set up a few things. He came back and they went on patrol. Todoroki may or may not have gotten lost on the way there, and headed to where he knew that the Rejects would be.

He turned the corner of one of the buildings at the center of the circle and bingo. A boy and a girl were tying up two people. He tried to figure out the best way to get their attention without scaring them off.

"Are you the Rejects?" Was probably not the best move, but it worked. Their heads shot up and looked at him. It was Dabi and Blood Pack.

"Shoto?" Dabi spoke up.

"Yeah it's - it's me." Todoroki was engulfed into a hug.

"Wait, this is-" Blood Pack appeared next to them.

"Yeah... this is my brother."

I know this ain't that much of a plot twist, but hey. Still a good end of chapter.
