Hey, I'm reading this book called the Sandcastle Empire by Kayla Olsen, and it's really good. It's a dystopian novel, with a fcked up government, and short chapters.

Blood. There was so much blood. The white linoleum contrasted the deep crimson. It pooled from the dead body. It stained the floor. It covered his knees, and caked on his hands. He didn't care. Besides, he was the one who killed them in the first place.

Midoriya was beyond confused. He was walking through the forest with Aizawa and Toga going to help save the rest of them, when he suddenly appears surrounded by this purple liquid. Panic settled on his shoulders.

He reached forward and felt a glass wall in front of him. Before he could even think about punching it, it disappeared. All of the liquid went flooding out, carrying Midoriya with it. When he regained his bearings, he found that he was surrounded by his family.

He was ready to start crying right then and there. If it weren't for the fact that his head was bombarded with questions, he might have. He saw that the AG were all strapped to chairs against the wall, and the rest of them were covered in the mysterious purple liquid.

That is.. everyone except the person in the corner of the room. They wore a black and white mask, and seemed to be arguing with themself.

So, yeah, Midoriya was pretty confused.

"What the-" he glanced around at everyone who also seemed to be trying to figure out what to say. After a second, Shigaraki walked over to the chairs that the AG were strapped to, and dissolved the things keeping them there.

In almost a blur, he was pulled into a hug. Nemuri gripped onto him for dear life.

Hizashi joined in a second later, pulling Aizawa in with him. Toga and Dabi joined next. Then Hitoshi. Shigaraki and Shoto joined in after. Midoriya is pretty sure that they felt uncomfortable doing anything else.

The person in the corner continued to yell, but Midoriya didn't really care, because his family was here. His family was alive. Yep, he was crying.

After a moment, he decided to ask some of the questions that had been bothering him. Starting with, "What happened?"

Hitoshi sighed. "I'm getting really tired of having to explain this."

"Sorry," Midoriya felt sheepish. He should've known.

"No, not you, just the situation that we're stuck in. Not really my favorite thing right at the moment." Hitoshi glanced around. "Alright, so, we were all stuck in our own heads. We were forced to believe that we killed the rest of our family and that we have to live with the consequences." Hitoshi pointed at Jin, "That is Jin, he was taken by All For One, and knows all of his secrets. He said he will help us, as long as we get him out of here."

Midoriya gave Jin a little wave, which he reciprocated, then immediately snapped his hand down and started yelling about how stupid he looked.

"What is our first order of business?" Hitoshi glanced around at everyone. This was going to be a difficult job, and they had quite a few things on the to-do list.

He made a mental tally, two different lists. There was the things that the AG can be aware of, and the things that the AG can't know of. One of the first things that came to mind was shoving All Might in jail for the crimes that he didn't commit.

Second was kill All For One. He was pretty sure that the AG wouldn't mind them killing All For One, necessarily, but they had to make it look like he would be the first person that they would kill. It really was surprising how well prepared they were.
