Hey, just so you know, I am an asshole. By this point you would know this, just so you know.
TRIGGER WARNING - Nothing happens, necessarily, but it does reference s3xua1 a55u1t, so be careful, please. It starts with the bold text and ends with the next bold text. :3 I recommend you look at the video at the top instead.
I really am horrid to Midoriya way too much. I should probably do something about that.
PFFT, nah.
Getting home from the hospital was difficult. Hizashi and Aizawa and cleaned up Midoriya and Hitoshi's room, so that they could honor their memory, and they were very glad they did. A few posters had been ripped during the... incident, but overall they were good.
Midoriya stared at the walls, and teared up. He hated to admit it, but he missed his room, the walls, and the house in general. Present and Eraser snuggled up beside him when he laid on his bed, and he felt safe.
They had Katsudon that night. Hizashi remembered his son's favorite food. Of course he would, it's his son! The atmosphere was calming. The cat's slept on the tree, and they both looked serene. Nemuri was invited over after they finished, and they watched a movie in the living room, curled up with each other.
They fell asleep that way.
School was... difficult. They were around the end of the year and the class was tired. They thought they were prepared for anything. They were not. When Aizawa walked in with Midoriya in tow, they were all a little (a lot) shocked.
"Midoriya!!" One girl in particular shouted. She didn't even care about Aizawa, she just tackled Midoriya in a hug.
Everyone waited for Aizawa to berate her for acting out in such a way, but he just snorted, and walked over to his desk.
"Don't squeeze him too hard, he just got out of the hospital," was all he said on the matter.
Class went on as normally as it could, with the only difference being the girl holding onto Midoriya for dear life, and Midoriya not checking his phone every few minutes. No one really knew who he was texting when he did that, though.
Lunch was a lot shorter than Aizawa would've liked. He was already emotionally drained, and he really needed a break. He headed to the teachers lounge with Midoriya and collapsed onto the couch. Midoriya collapsed onto his back, and Nemuri and Hizashi sat on the ground.
They enjoyed cold beef that day. None of them really wanted to make any food, and it was one of the only things they had in the fridge.
Midoriya had completely forgotten about the private lessons with Nezu until the principle himself walked into the teachers lounge to ask if he would still like to do the lesson. (The answer was yes).
When he walked into the office that Nezu worked in, it was different. He noticed right away. A small bean bag chair sat in the corner, and the lighting was dimmer. Tea was already set up on Nezu's desk, and a tea pot was set up beside it.
------------
After the class, Midoriya seemed more relaxed, and he held himself a little lighter. The main person to notice this was Aizawa (who made his entire living out of reading peoples' body language).
He knew that having Midoriya and Nezu work together was probably a bad idea, but he couldn't help but be relieved at the fact that it was helping Midoriya. He liked seeing him so calm.
That night was just as quiet as the night before. Nemuri came over and slept in the bed with Hizashi and Aizawa. They were all prepared to run to Midoriya if need be. Which surprise surprise, it was needed. That night, they had already dealt with a nightmare from Aizawa and a nightmare from Nemuri, so they were already on edge.
