Gong Yoo walked swiftly down the corridor with Jackson and Jungkook following him. "Arasseo, let's do this. We would need to investigate the scene of the crime, interrogate all the guests in this suite and put the entire west wing under lockdown so that no one can escape. I need the floor plan and all the names and passports of all the inhabitants living in this wing," he finished.
They took the elevator down to the dining room on the first floor where nearly everyone he had met yesterday (except Kang Daniel of course) was seated and having breakfast and Jackson quickly dressed up in his room and came. He squared his shoulders and said nervously, "Ehem, ladies and gentlemen, may I have your attention please."
When everyone turned to him, he continued. "We have experienced extremely bad luck. A guest on the top floor of the West Wing where you all are staying has just been found murdered in his bedroom, Mr Kang Daniel" A series of horrified gasps and protests arose.
"Looks like they got him after all," Kim Namjoon muttered obviously to himself but Gong Yoo caught it.

"You assume he was killed?"
Namjoon looked up startled. "No, no. I just mean he was in perfectly good health. He had his enemies, that's all."
"Indeed, he did. He was murdered."
"Good, God. Murder, here?,"spoke Park Chaeyoung clutching her chest in shock.
"Alas, Madame."
"God rest his soul," Lalisa Manoban said quietly holding her Bible.
"Someone was rummaging around my room in the middle of the night. Nobody would believe me,"Choi Jiwoo shouted, outraged.
"What is going on?, "Kim Jennie glared and much to his annoyance, Gong Yoo felt shivers down his spine again.
"I have elected to take the case and find for my friend, Mr Jackson Wang, the criminal."
"And why you?," Min Yoongi spoke in a soft voice looking up at him with a blank expression on his deathly pale face.
"My name is Gong Yoo, and I am probably the greatest detective in the world. I will speak to all of you in time. For the moment, I must recommend that you remain in your rooms with the doors locked."
"We all must exit this hotel immediately. We are not safe here. I knew this hotel was no good," Choi Jiwoo shouted and everyone agreed with her.
"No one will leave the premises. This wing is under complete and total lockdown. All the doors are barricaded and locked. It is for your own safety. If there was a murder, then there was a murderer. The murderer is with us, in this hotel, in this wing, now."
*TIME SKIP TO WHEN JACKSON AND GONG YOO GO TO KANG DANIEL'S ROOM TO INVESTIGATE THE SCENE OF THE CRIME.*
They walked into the room and this time they were hit with a cold breeze and it made them shiver. "Hey, there's an open window. That's where the cold air under the door must have come from."
Gong Yoo looked down from the window and discovered a rope hanging off from the ledge as if someone can use it to climb down. "This is probably a means to escape from the room unseen. But this is also something to throw us off the right track. The murderer is trying to make us think that he escaped through the open window. Too bad it's common sense that no one can jump or even climb down from 35,000 feet and survive."
