The beginning is the end and the end is the beginning.
Gong Yoo an eminent detective, stays a night in his close friend Jackson Wang's luxurious hotel. The bewildering part? The hotel is empty. Only one floor on it's fanciest wing, the West Wing is...
"Okayyy. We gotta establish a few things. First stop using such complex vocabulary cause common folk like me can't understand it. And second, what do you mean?," Jackson wondered out loud scratching his imaginary beard." Gong Yoo rolled his eyes.
"On reading the note, I just had an epiphany that could just about turn around the mystery. But I need to put my scientific knowledge to use so that I can confirm it. Ask your staff to prepare a burner in your storage room. Which floor is it on by the way?"
"The storage room is on the fifth floor. Let me make the arrangements." Jackson said and walked over to the waiter. "Hey, listen can you set up a burner in the fifth floor storage room? Also prepare some more of those drinks so that I can wake that guy up if he dozes off again. Make it more sparkly than before."
Gong Yoo and Jackson reached the storage room where everything had been set up already and Jackson carried his crate of pink drinks along claiming it was to keep him alert, earning a sharp glare from the detective.
Gong Yoo lit the burner using a matchstick and placed a letter from Namjoon's folder below it. He kept adjusting the flame and soon some words appeared on the top of the burner.

Both of them could make out that it said, "As a strong blood is on your hands, you will die."
Gong Yoo heaved out a sigh and said, "Looks like I was right after all. The victim wasn't just a hypocritical businessman after all. He was far worse. Read this note we had found in Daniel's room."
Jackson opened it and read, "......member sweet little Kim Suan."
"Kim Suan? Huh, that name sounds oddly familiar," Jackson said turning to Gong Yoo.
"Then you may also recognise the names Kim Junmyeon and Kim Ji-eun as well."
"That Kim family tragedy? Oh yeah, I remember it faintly...but how exactly is this related to Kang Daniel's murder?"
"Because I realise now that this was never just a simple murder. All this extensive planning to kill Kang Daniel, or should we even use that fake name, was not done for some bitterness in business or anything. It was done for vengeance, to avenge a lost soul."
And somewhere in his mind, Gong Yoo could visualise a happy family of three playing in the nursery of an old fashioned house. Those memories would honestly remain forever young and one in a million.
