Chapter 5

*Lucca's POV*

Today is so stressful, I'm sitting in my office doing some paper work for a new company deal I plan to make happen as soon as possible with FR corporations. FR stands for Fenzer, that's their family's last name.

I wish my baby was here with me right now, I miss her so much already. I called her an hour ago just to check up on her. I hope she doesn't think I'm paranoid for the amount of times I call her.

Although she does answer my calls immediately now, I guess she doesn't want yesterday's incident to ever happen again.

If Jason wasn't gay I'd probably castrate him and he'd be dead by now for being so comfy with my girl. I can't help but be so possessive over Sophia, when I heard that moans coming from him and mentioning Sophia in the mix, I completely lost it.

Sophia is mine and mine alone, she very well knows that.

After yesterday Jason and I actually got along pretty well. I realised that Sophia's friendship with him is merely just a brother and sister type of love and I can see that he cares for her as much as I do.

I ran a hand through my hair as I looked down at the paper work I was busy with.

I need sleep.

I sighed and looked over at the framed picture that was sitting upon my desk— it was a picture of me and Sophia on our first date. I chuckled as I recalled this memory.

We were both sitting on the grass whilst having a picnic and she took a selfie of the two of us— she was kissing me on my cheek and I had my arm wrapped around her waist and smiling at her. I really love this picture.

I couldn't get any luckier, Sophia is the light in my life. She owns my heart and soul and soon she will be my wife, the mother of my children, my happily ever after.

Yes, I plan on marrying Sophia soon. Making her permanently mine forever— it's just a matter of time and place.

Just wait and see baby, you will soon be Mrs Del'mario

Just the thought of calling her that made me feel all excited. I need to start planning for it.

*Sophia's POV*

I got home and flopped down on the couch. Today I told my boss and Grechin about my resignation notice.

I told them about going home and seeing my family again after so long. Although Mr Collins (my boss) said I could take leave for as long as I want and if I ever still want the job it will be available for me. Mr Collins has always been kind to me, he was a man in his mid fifties but still looked really good for his age. The same goes for Grechin, she was always so sweet to me, I'm going to miss them.

Lucca called me an hour ago but I miss him so much already. I genuinely just crave the presence of this man.

I picked up my phone and dialed his number.

The phone rang and on the second ring he picked up.

'Hey baby, what's up? Are you okay?'
He sounded kind of worried

"No no I'm fine just missing you, what are you doing?"

'Well I'm glad you called because you just saved me from getting a migraine due to all this paper work'
He chuckled softly

"Awwww my poor baby, do you want me to come over there and help you?" I asked concerned

'No it's fine baby, don't worry about it. I'll be fine'
