It had been about a month since Victoire was at Hogwarts. She honestly felt at home again. Currently Victoire was walking with Teddy and James to the Great Hall. Well it was more like Teddy was dragging James while Victoire laughed. After James' accident, Scarlet,Teddy and Victoire took turns watching James. However Scarlet seemed better at dealing with James than either of them.

"C'mon mate. Let's go." Teddy groaned. He was trying to drag James who didn't seem interested in the topic of eating. All Victoire could do was laugh at the two boys. Teddy did not appreciate that because he sent a glare her way.

"You know, Scar is gonna be there." Victoire finally said. At the mention of the name, James lit up. It was honestly hilarious. He ran into the hall.

"Whipped." Teddy muttered.

As soon as they entered the hall James scanned the area looking for Scarlet. When he found her, he ran up and hugged her from behind.

"What the f- hell?" She said. The whole hall noticed that. Some were laughing, some were just staring. James didn't seem to care. When Scarlet realized it was James she visibly relaxed. That also didn't go unnoticed. Victoire noticed that Minnie and Poppy were smirking at the two.

"Good morning dear." Scarlet said with a half smirk.

"Morning darling." James mumbled. He shifted so he was sitting next to her. He still clung to her for dear life though.

"Can you two stop acting like a couple for five minutes? Please?" Teddy begged as he took a seat opposite to them. Victoire at beside them. The Gryffindors didn't seem to mind them being there. A few girls even tried talking to Teddy. She ignored that little pain in her heart.

"Leave em it's cute!" Albus yelled from the Slytherin table across the hall. Scorpius started laughing followed by the other Slytherins snickering.

"They make a cute couple, don't they?" He teased.

"To be honest I prefer Victoire and Teddy." Scarlet replied with a full on smirk that Victoire wanted to slap off her face. The entire hall was now looking at her and Teddy. Victoire prayed to Merlin that she wasn't blushing. It seemed Merlin was being a dramatic bitch ignoring her because she felt her cheeks heat up.

"Anyway, I was meaning to tell you guys something," Scarlet began, "There have been a couple of werewolf sightings around Hogsmeade." She handed them a copy of the Daily Prophet. There was an article there about supposed werewolf sightings so the forbidden forest was off limits to everyone. Teddy leaned over to read the article with her

"Dammit" James said finally releasing his tight hold on Scar. He frowned.

"What do we do now? We need the flower for the antidote but we can't go out on a full moon with a werewolf possibly roaming about." Victoire sighed. It seemed like poor James would have to endure another month under the potion' s influence.

"Let's not think about that now, we can figure it out later. It's almost October and Holloween is coming up so any ideas?" Teddy said in an attempt to lighten the mood. It worked because Scarlet was now grinning mischievously. James looked utterly confused.

"What do you guys do for Halloween?" He asked.

"Every year these two idiots plan and execute prank on Hogwarts that normally lands them in detention." Victoire explained.

"It's a Marauders traditions and a Weasley tradition. And one we value dearly" Teddy said.

"I find it personally offensive that only me and Teddy get detention." Scarlet huffed playfully while crossing her arms.

Victoire rolled her eyes at her dramatic best friend. "That's because I know how to not get caught." She winked. James snickered.

"Well count me in." James grinned. Scarlet and Teddy smirked and Victoire sighed. This is going to be a fun year.

Minerva McGonagall sat at the teachers table looking at the four students at the Gryffindor table. They were planning something alright and she didn't know if she should feel scared or amused. Madam Pomfrey was also watching them it appears.

"Now, who do they remind you of Minerva?" She smirked.

Minerva felt a pang in her chest. The Marauders. That was who these trouble makers reminded her of. She could feel the lump growing in her throat.

The four teens each reminded her of someone she's lost.

James reminded her of the other James, his grandfather. He even looked like him. He had the same hazel eyes Minerva would always catch staring at Lily Evans. He had the messy raven hair that couldn't be tamed. He had the laugh. It was like reliving a memory. Her heart clenched even tighter when she realized James was a seeker just like his grandfather. He even seemed to be obsessed with a girl just like his grandfather.

Teddy oddly enough reminded her of Remus, his father. Even though he looked and acted rebellious like his mother he was still very much like his father. He cared deeply about his studies and always passed his classes. He was snarky and sassy like his father. He had the same chocolate obsession that his father had. He also seemed to fall for his best friend like his father. Only difference was that Teddy was a Hufflepuff.

Scarlet reminded her of Sirius. There was no doubt about it. Scarlet was so much like her father it hurt. She had Sirius' face, his smile, his beautiful hair. She even had that signature Black smirk that Minerva had come to love. She also flirted shamelessly with anyone. Just like Sirius. She also had his loyalty. She was always willing to defend her friends. Minerva remembered that the first time Scarlet had called her 'Minnie' she had to leave the room to avoid bursting into tears.

Victoire reminded her of her Uncle Fred. She didn't look like a Weasley but she sure acted like it. She had Fred's sense of humor. She had his ability to make others laugh. She had his godaweful smile that could melt anyone's heart. She was clever like Fred too. No doubt she was the Brains of the operation. She also had a gift for charms like Fred. Although Fred did use that ability to prank everyone. Victoire probably would too.

Minerva blinked away the tears that were threatening to spill. The four teens reminded her of the sons she never had. The sons she couldn't save.

"Oh Minerva," Poppy sighed when she saw her.

"I just wished that I could've done anything." She said.

"Don't we all." Poppy said sadly.

Both women focused their attention on the little marauderettes. Teddy was say something to Victoire while she rolled her eyes at him. Scarlet and James seemed to be having an argument...with compliments.

"Your eyes look like pools of gold in the sun." Scarlet said.

"Your eyes light up like the night sky." James replied.

"You are adorable when your tired." Scarlet fired.

"You're adorable all the time." James fired back.

"I love your smile god dammit!" She yelled.

"You're beautiful!" He praised.

"You are-"

"MERLIN'S BEARD JUST SNOG ALREADY!" Albus yelled from across the hall.

"Eh maybe later." James winked. Scarlet blushed furiously red while Teddy and Victoire laughed at them.Soon the entire hall joined in and they were all laughing.

Perhaps she was wrong. Teddy and Victoire would be the next James and Lily. And Scarlet and James would be the next Remus and Sirius.
