Third Person's POV

Mirae watched as Yoshi prepared to go to school. She almost got into an argument with him after he tried to insist that Mirae should go to school with him. The boy had a point since Mirae has missed majority of her classes and it won't help her class standing. But Mirae wasn't keen on attending school anymore especially after what happened. Fear was instilled with her. Besides, she didn't want to see Mina. She's scared to see her because she doesn't know what to do exactly when they meet each other.

"Are you sure you don't want to go to school with me?" Yoshi asked her girlfriend. Mirae sighed and shook her head, standing from her bed. She approached Yoshi and helped him with his tie.

"Yes. For now, I think it's best for me to stay here. I still need all the time in the world to accept everything." Yoshi stared at Mirae for a moment before he decided to let her be. Her feelings and emotions are more important than her grades. If she doesn't feel like going to school then he will respect it.

"I'll go now. Do not leave the house, okay? If anything strange happens, call me immediately. Mr. Kim isn't here but Yoonbin will be on his way to accompany you here." Even though Yoshi still feels a little bit of jealousy, he knows it's best for Yoonbin to be around. Since he is the only one who's not going to school, he can give company and protection to Mirae while the he and the rest of Treasure are not around.

Mirae nodded her head. Yoshi pulled her in a tight embrace before planting a soft kiss on her forehead. Mirae closed her eyes and enjoyed the moment.

"I love you, Yoshi." She said to him. Yoshi let out a small giggle. Mirae sounded like a shy girl confessing to her crush at school. His heart also melted at that. After all, everything that Mirae does is adorable for him. Maybe that's because he's so in love with her.

"I love you too, Mirae." He told her before giving her another tight hug. He pulled away after a few moment when he caught glimpse of the clock hanging on the wall. He needs to leave now or else, he'll be late. Besides the last thing he wanted to hear in the morning is Jihoon's nagging. He doesn't want to hear him yell at him for being late and making every possible scenarios on why he didn't get in time for class.

"I'll go now." Yoshi told the girl who smiled at her in return. But just when Yoshi was about to leave the room, Mirae called his attention.

"Yoshi... be safe for me, okay? I love you. I love you a lot."

Suddenly, Yoshi didn't feel like leaving at all because he suddenly felt something is gonna go wrong. But he shook off the thought. His intuition might be wrong.

The thing is, he knows it never went wrong.

"Mirae, aren't you hungry?" Yoonbin asked the girl who is busy reading a book. They have been on the rooftop for hours and all they did is read books. It didn't bore them at all though especially since both of them are avid readers. They both enjoy going over books and wasting away time reading books after books.

"Now that you've mentioned it, yes I'm already hungry." Mirae closed the book that she's currently holding and stood from her seat. She began stretching her arms in order to pull on the muscles that went numb from sitting for hours.

"What do you want to eat?" Yoonbin asked her although he has an idea on what she would want to get for lunch.

"Fried chicken." She answered sheepishly. He broke into fits of laughter because he was right. After all these years, fried chicken is still her favorite. He suddenly remembered how they would use their puppy eyes at Miss Kim for her to buy them a box of chicken. He and Mirae would then eat them piece after piece until they're all gone. Good old days, he thought.
