Third Person's POV
"Stick to the plan. Do not go on your own. Do not make decisions on your own. If anything happens, just call out through your in-ears." Hyunsuk reminded the boys. "Haruto, I trust that you understand what I am saying."
The rest of the boys chuckled as Haruto turned his back against their leader and rolled his eyes.
"Don't roll your eyes on me, you brat." Even if he's smaller than the younger boy, Hyunsuk still managed to hit Haruto's head. Haruto only winced in pain, caressing the part of his head which Hyunsuk hit.
"How did you even see me rolling my eyes?" Haruto pouted like a child.
"I know you well, Haruto. Besides, I can easily read you like an open book. I can tell what you're going to do next or how you would exactly react to things." Hyunsuk told the boy like it was the most obvious thing ever. Well, Hyunsuk wasn't lying at all. Among the members, Haruto is the easiest to read. He's the most transparent among them. One could easily tell what he's most likely to do especially if you have been with him for the longest time. Also, the boy couldn't keep a secret. He would always end up sharing everything he knows or feels to his members.
"Yeah, right." He mumbled. "You don't have to worry, I will not do anything that will jeopardize our operation." With that, Hyunsuk happily nodded his head because he thought the boy will finally listen to him. You see, during operations, Haruto tends to get overly excited which most of the times would lead to chaos that's why the older members would always remind him to stick to the plan.
Actually, Haruto wasn't supposed to join them since he was assigned together with Doyoung, Jeongwoo, and Junghwan to stay behind and look after Mirae and the house. But on the last minute, the strategists of the group, Mashiho and Junkyu, decided to put Haruto in this operation since after all, he's one of their best shooters. They also decided that Mashiho should stay behind to help Doyoung in giving directions to them.
"Asahi and Yoshi." This time, Jihoon was the one to speak. "Just like Haruto, don't get too excited. One shot would be enough."
Yoshinori just smirked while Asahi half-heartedly nodded his head. Jihoon could only sigh as he realized that these two will not listen to him. Whatever, he thought, maybe we just let them play.
"What about me? Do you have any reminders for me?" They all looked at Jaehyuk who was raising his hand like a child, even jumping up and down in the process.
"Just don't die." Junkyu said in monotone, making Jaehyuk frown.
"Junkyu hyung, you are so mean." He sulked. "Asahi, Junkyu hyung is being mean to me."
Asahi just shook his head before wandering off to his spot.
"I'm starting to think that Asahi doesn't want to be my best friend anymore. This makes me sad." Jaehyuk glared at the boy who's walking away.
---
Quietly, the boys started to enter the place where they would conduct their operations. The gang that they are about to take down is relatively new but has already been making a name on the black market. They do high-profile drug deals. They supply them to politicians and other rich businessmen. Treasure never really cared about them at first because they don't concern them at all and they weren't much of a scare either. But then, news broke out that they took out one of Treasure's allies and burned their territory. To avenge their fallen friends, they decided to take them down.
Only a few minutes after they entered, shots were immediately exchanged. Junkyu who was up front quickly fired shots after shots. Jaehyuk went to back him up while Yedam and Asahi took a detour to the back part of the place. Hyunsuk and Jihoon also fired their shots as more armed men began to appear from the door.
