I went to meet up with Ryleigh as the boys had another meeting about doing a small tour. It had been a few weeks and Harrison was now almost a whole 9 months old. Ryleigh was getting bigger and you could begin to see a little bump. Jack and I began to make the difficult discussions about building a house or something on that plot of land he bought. I was sort of all for building a house but at the same time, I was really scared of the stress and everything. I feel like Jack and I had discussed a ton of options with what to do with the land and building a home was something we were looking into completely.

We had even talked to a few contractors about building and how many rooms we would ideally prefer, how many floors, colors of the house. It seemed like everything was moving so quickly. We began to even discuss Harrison's first birthday as it was coming up in 3 short months. Harrison had begun teething and you could clearly hear him say mama and dada. I felt as though the world kept spinning so quickly and maybe I could just hideaway for a few moments and live in a world that stopped spinning.

"Logan!" Someone yelled walking into Ryleigh's house.

I quickly was tackled to the ground by Lisa. I dropped Harrison off at my parents as my mom wanted some alone time with her only grandson. My dad had gone back to work making music while my mom was very excited to get some alone time with Harrison. I think Jack and I had found a good balance of knowing when we needed time alone. It still was incredibly hard for me to drop him of places for a few nights but we were working on it.

"Hi," I said as I began to giggle slightly. Ryleigh came out of the kitchen with a glass of orange juice.

"Hey," Ryleigh and I said to each other as I noticed her with a bag of hot Cheetos.

"Gross those do not go together," I laughed while Ryleigh just flipped me off.

"Shut up you know what it's like being pregnant," Ryleigh grumbled sipping her juice.

I just shrugged my shoulders while Lisa got up off me and helped me up. It was always fun to see her goofy personality instead of the sometimes strict side of her. She was seriously a good complement to Alex's personality. Alex could be very goofy or really deep where Lisa could be both. They fit well together sort of like Ryleigh and Zack. I couldn't help but wonder if they would have a boy or a girl. Zack said they would be finding out so no one could place bets.

"How does Jack feel knowing he is going to miss Harrison's first birthday?" Lisa asked as I dropped the glass I had gotten from Ryleigh's kitchen.

The glass hit the floor shattering around my feet. I blinked at Lisa who stood at the entrance to Ryleigh and Zack's house. I blinked trying to process the words Lisa had just told me. I felt my throat go dry and the words come out my mouth with a violence.

"What?"

"The boys are going to be going on a few small pop up shows to test some new music. They will be gone in two months for 3 weeks. They will either get back right before Harrison's birthday or they will be gone depending on how well the pop up shows go," Lisa said and I honestly felt like crying.

Jack and I had begun planning Harrison's birthday. It wasn't going to be anything too special because we both knew he wasn't going to remember it but it was his first birthday and it was something for us to say we had made it a year without killing each other. I mean I wanted to kill jack no more than anything in the world. I felt all the anger bubble to my cheeks making them turn bright red. Ryleigh looked at me with a look of fear evident on her face.

"Logan I am positive he was going to tell you. He was probably just waiting to make sure he would be missing Harrison's birthday," Ryleigh tried to be a voice of reason while Lisa just stood there a little annoyed.
