Alex sat next to Bear, behind Jordan and Dix who were settled into the first half of their little spaceship 'car' that trundled slowly along the track. It was really cold as they passed through the first of many animatronic scenes. Alex knew most of the scenes and whispered extra explanation with the voice over, using tidbits of her off hand knowledge from her mum and dad.

The Core Four left Spaceship Earth smarter (in some cases) than when they had entered, raving about the slightly creepy movements of the animatronics and the bizarre facts they'd discovered. Bear was the most interested in Earth history, and had soaked all the information up.

Alex was browsing through the app when something caught her interest.

"Guys, I think we should go to Hollywood Studios and spend the rest of the day there, maybe watch some fireworks on the way back?" Her friends nodded in agreement, squabbling over where to take the bus from. They finally chose the nearest one and hopped on, planning which rides to take.

"Woah, look at this one," Jordan pushed his phone out into the middle in awe. "The Twilight Zone, Tower of Terror." He breathed, watching the gif header flash.

Dix took it upon herself to read the description out. "Step uneasily inside the infamous Hollywood Tower Hotel and find a dusty lobby frozen in time. Even the subdued hotel staff seems strangely out of another era.

Suddenly a television set springs to life and Rod Serling welcomes you on a journey into the Twilight Zone. He reveals that on a gloomy Halloween night in 1939, some hotel patrons were riding the elevator when a violent storm struck the building... and they were never seen again. The hotel closed down and has stood empty ever since."

"We are so doing that." declared Jordan, swiping his phone back.

"Looks creepy." commented Bear.

Alex waved a hand in front of Bear's eyes. "Bear, are you scared of a little tower that drops you into complete and utter darkness, swallowing you whole while lightning strikes from above?"

Bear pushed her hand away, mussing her hair with the other and forgoing a verbal attack in favour of messing up her matching Dutch braids with Dix. They passed around a bag of chips and sought out more rides and shows they could cram into the afternoon.

"There's so much to do!" Alex cried quietly. "And only in two parks!"

It was clear Jordan and Bear were coming up with something because they were punching each other lightly and conversing in low voices that rose and lowered with the fierceness of their talking. Eventually, Bear cleared his throat.

"Uh, Princess Delucia, may I say your hair today is quite—"

"Spit it out Barnold."

"You said that would work!" hissed Bear to Jordan.

The blond simply shrugged. "Why would you listen to me?"

"Are you two going to blabber on while we leave you on the bus or get out?" Alex called from outside the bus, smirking.

The boys scuttled out, clutching their bags while throwing annoyed, low grade insults at each other.

"We can stay a few more days at the park, you know." Alex said suddenly, watching the boy's surprise with a smile.

"Really?" Jordan said in childish glee, slapping a hand on Bear's back. The Ronnigan boy winced, but there still was a grin dancing on his face nevertheless.

"Yes, really," sighed Alex. "Unless you want to leave right now? It would be a shame since while you two were lolling around, I called Kayla and extended our trip for three more days." Dix snorted in the most un-princess way possible.
