"LIGHTSABER FIGHTTT" bellowed Jordan, leaping off his bed. Alex ducked and rolled in one smooth movement, avoiding the saber that nearly 'chopped' her in half.

He flicked his wrist, the saber neatly rounding before it grazed the rug on the floor. Although the build was strong, he was careful not to damage. Not his precious wee saber. Alex cackled to herself and shrieked as Bear's blade flashed down before her. Her hand scrabbled under Bear's bed for the hilt of her lightsaber as her thoughts lead her back to earlier that morning, and their adventure in the rest of Galaxy's Edge.

Day three of Disney World, Orlando.

"Bear! Jordan! Your door is open and it is about to slam close on you and leave you in Medora if you don't get our buts back!" Alex hollered into the doorway, waiting for the panting and footsteps that eventually came.

As soon as the boys tumbled into the living part of their hotel suite, Alex let go on her hold on the portal-door and slumped into the couch.

"Foooood." she moaned desperately.

"Yes!" cheered Jordan, hoisting her up. "Food indeed, Alexandra."

Breakfast was much needed - her energy was sapped from holding the door open for so long and food, especially carbs, was the best solution. Even though Bear and Jordan had eaten at the Ronnigan's place, both boys had a double breakfast. Jordan still hadn't learnt his lesson and was shovelling food in faster than anyone there. Bear was a bit more paced knowing they were going to be riding the Millenium Falcon and their stomachs would not be happy as they barrelled through space.

Her plated was stacked high with toast, hash browns, eggs, bacon and sausages. Future Alex would just have to deal with possible throwing-up in the horizon because she didn't want to fall asleep whilst on the Falcon ride. Bear and Jordan were jabbering on about the Ronnigans and the gifts they'd promised to bring them. Dix was silent again at the mention of families, and Alex finally decided to broach the subject.

"So...Dix. How was everything with your visit to your parents?"

"They want me to come back to Medora." Dix replied flatly, her voice monotone with a hint of anger. "I said no."

"Oh." Alex fumbled for words, but nothing came out of her mouth.

Dix savagely stabbed a chunk of sausage off Jordan's plate and he didn't even complain. Just a squeak of pain. "Apparently there's rumours of an assasination attempt on me. Rumours."

"But wouldn't you be safer here? Unless someone is Chosen like Alex, they won't be able to get here?" Bear put forward, his eyebrows knitting together in thought.

"Their point exactly. What if there is someone out there who can do it? We didn't find out the extent of Alex's gifts for like, half a year, no offence, but there's the possibility." Dix threw her hands up in frustration, nearly sending a spray of hot coffee over then.

"But..." Alex trailed off a gobsmacked expression stuck to her face.

Dix didn't speak for the rest of breakfast, throughout the bus ride to Galaxy's Edges, and for the first five minutes of their presence in the theme park in which she bought three cups of green milk and angrily chugged them down. The redhead tossed the plastic cups into the trash, cracked her knuckles and then smiled sweetly at them.

"Let's go ride the Falcon, shall we?"

In fear of the angry princess, the other three scuttled along behind her as they reached the Falcon. Alex regretted that she didn't have the time to gape again as they were dragged on board, flashing their pases by and being guided into an outpost tower beside it that served as a landing port official. She caught a last glimpse of the tall towering spires of blac-grey rock that the outpost was named after before ducking her head.
