chapter one

"Nutmeg get up!" said yasmin as shook me to snap me out of my sleep "get up and get you ass"
"Okay fine!" I Snapped as I got up from my up from my bed "happy now!"
"Extremely"
Yasmin is the bestest most funniest person I have ever met, we have been bestfriends since we were 5 and now we are 16 this is what is meant by the term bestfriend .
"Ahh Meghan Meghan nicolette McVeigh if you dont get dressed in the next fifteen minutes you will get the insults of your life, now get up"
"Okay fine" I sighed and made my to the bathroom which is in our room of course 
"Ten minutes, that's all you need to take a shower nutmeg" yasmin shouts to me as I enter the bathroom.
10 Minutes later...
"Did you pick my clothes"
" nutmeg I always pick your clothes"
Yasmin is a designer she picks my clothes, she says I have a bad sense of fashion, but I highly  doubt that I mean picking clothes is the easiest thing I mean you just need to get some clothes that match...right?
"Meg if you're done talking to yourself, I suggest that you get dressed."
"What...me... talking to myself..please I'm not a weirdo"
" what ever but meg"
I turned to my bed to see the clothes yasmin had pick for me, I got to admit the girl is really good at designing and picking clothes and stuff, I quickly applied my body lotion on my body and got my dark floral short overall and a white turtleneck croppie and my white converse.
"Woah, meg you look hot"
"Aww yasmin thank you, now can we get going?"
"Yeah"
Today I'm taking yasmin to this new coffee place that opened Last week and she's been dying to check it out.
We left the house walk to the coffee  shop that that was near the beach our is also close to the beach, the coffee shop had a beachy vibe.
"Omygod nutmeg look, they've got a karaoke machine"
"Yasmin you're shouting...again"
Yasmin is a person who has trouble using her inside voice so she shouts alot...learning to use her inside voice.
"Nutmeg let order"
"Yaya...please...inside voice"
"Okay, I'll try"
Me took our seats and waited  for a waiter to come take our orders.
" hey I'm Dylan Dunlap, may I take your order" said the teenage waiter as he gave yasmin some flirty looks and smirks
"Umm I will have the cappuccino light foam and a dark chocolate cake slice." I said while looking at the menu
"I'll get what she said" yasmin said with a shy smile spread on her face.
"Are you sure? You take the chocolate latte"he said while leaning into our table
"Umm okaayy" she replied with an uncomfortable grin written on her face
Dylan left with a smile on this face, I'm pretty sure he thinks chuffed some girl but sorry to burst his bubble the girl he thought he was chuffing doesn't get chuffed, yasmin  always say boys are just another waste of time and space in a girl's life, I mean she is right boys can make you do alot of things that are very inhuman like
1. Stay up all night talking to him about god knows what.
2. He will make you look vulnerable.
3. He will simply destroy your precious life.
And you want all that to happen when you will be doing it for a guy who;
1. Still lives in his parents basement.
2. Doesn't own a single piece property apart from his phone or underwear.
3. Will replace in a day or two.
4. Some who will mistake your name for a girl named Jessica or whatever her name is.
See boy are just useless good for nothing beings.
"Here you go" said Dylan as he set our orders on the table
"Took you long enough" I said as I took my light foam cappuccino and took a sip from it.
"Excuse me I was only gone for a few minutes"
" yeah and that was a very long time ago"
Yeah I was trying to piss him off, but only because I wanted him to stop making flirty eyes to my bestfriend  she was really feeling uncomfortable.
"I think we should just take our meals to go, dont thinks should do that nutmeg?"
"Yeah...nutmeg I think you should do that"
"Whatever...let's go yasmin"
I quickly grabbed my food and started heading for the door.
"What the fudge?"

Yay first chapter hope you guys liked it I get it if you think it was it was boring, but look it is only the first  chapter and things are only going to get denser as the story goes on...but please tell what you thought about this chapter on the comments section, vote and follow 😁😁
